| Ok I don't have the greatest news.. I'm up 1.5 pounds! Going to work really hard this week. Which I thought I did last week but I guess not hard enough! Like I said before I'v been doing the Leslie Sansone videos so maybe just maybe it's muscle.. :) I can't believe the numbers this week good job everyone!!! 9 pounds 6 pounds you all should be really proud of yourselfs... | Anyone have certain workout routines they do... I'v been doing Leslie Sansone walk to fitness at least 6 miles a day.. Not sure if the pounds are coming off yet from it but it makes me feel good.. I don't have the biggest loser DVD but I'm thinking about getting that one... | |||

| I'v done South Beach a couple of times.. I usually lose anywhere from 5 to 7 pounds in first week.. I love carbs so the diet can be really hard for me at times.. But if you can get though the first 2 weeks without eating any bread or pasta you will lose weight. I'v been thinking of going on south beach and counting calories but just havent got that far yet.. I kinda need that boost... | |||

| Low carbs diets also worked for me too.. AT least they give you that jump that you need.. I was on South Beach and in the first week lost 7 pounds.. I'v been thinking about doing south beach with a Calorie Count.. Just to get a jump ... But I think I might just stick to CC for a few more weeks... I am losing but its only like 1 pound a week I'm not used to losing so slow.. | |||
