heyy im 5"11!! its so hard finding pants long enough, its always been such a struggle (a tip tho, Off The Wall has awesome stuff for tall people hehe). i weigh 123ish...and im on here to maintain calories...ive only been a member for about a week, but already i find that its so interesting when you have to think about everything that you eat. it makes me not wanna eat the crap i used to eat late at night lol.
anyways, good luck to those wanting to lose!! so looking forward to dinner tonight, turkey smells amazzzing hehe

LEAVE EARLY all the way...it sucks getting up early sometimes, but its always worth it when you get to leave early and leave everyone behind

would you rather be completely debt-free...or...be 11 years ahead of schedule?

thanku so so soooo much! i added u as a friend, i hope you don't mind ;). and it wasn't me you helped earlier this summer, i only started this a few days ago haha (i really like it so far).

anyhow, so i figured out that for example, my total burned calories today was 1964. I consumed 1622...leaving me with a deficit of 342.

now, what would i have to consume to maintain my current weight, but lose the flab and add muscle?

waiiiit!! now u have me really confused lol. so according to my BMI, it says that my body burns 2000 calories just by doing nothing. and according to the site, im supposed to eat that about or just below it. but sayy..if i burn 200 calories exercising, doesn't that mean if i wanted, i could eat another 200??

so confusedddd lol

awww thx!! i think i really needed to hear that from someone my own age. i still don't know about the gym tho, i think ill stick with my own mini exercise routine at home for a while and if i can keep that up, maybe ill get to the gym at some point. and its not like im unhealthy, i just tend to be attracted towards candy cuz i know i have a high metabolism and a few here and there aren't going to make a big diff.
"also- i think you are if anything underweight. try telling any college-age girl that. haha. we're all in the same boat, trying to lose more weight than we should."
and that is ever so true lol. we all want to look like the beautiful blonde sitting beside us.
anyhow, even after like 4 days of doing situps, push ups, and working on my legs...i can already tell a difference...so im happy :) .

ok ...so ive really been trying to eat healthy so far, and i feel really good. you guys are telling me to build muscle instead of losing weight, but im not really a gym go-er. ive tried it for a few weeks and i always get bored. ive tried jogging around the neighborhood (started training for the sun run)...but after 2 months 3x a week, i got bored of that too. i guess im stuck in a rut :( haha.
