Thanks for your replies here is an idea of what I am eating: I am also on the tread mill in the morning walking 1 mile @ 2.5. This is all new to me and appreciate any help I can get.

It really depends on what you are eating? Are you having some kind of protien with every meal? I was on the Power Protien plan a few years ago, some of the princables of the plan have stuck with me. Having protien with every meal seems to give me energy, fill me up and have little calaries. Chicken, fish of any kind are best I think. I also do not eat anything white, sounds funny but carbs are not my friend they go straight to sugar for me.  Do you have a food regamine?

I hear what you are saying, I am Canadian and it is our Thanks Giving this weekend. I have chose to go to one dinner this weekend, usually we have one on the Sunday and one on the Monday.  I am doing house hold chores all weekend, I created a list of what to do and set a goal for each day. This will help not only keep my mind off food, but is also helping me work up a sweat. I am going to allow myself a table spoon of the "EVIL" food but I just keep thinking " you have worked so hard do you really want to blow it?" The fun food will be there next year when you are healthier.

Just a thought
