| Thanks for the replies everyone. Looks like I'll stick with the frozen dinners for a while. :) I'll add a few more veggies to my diet (like carrots). That can replace the protein bars on non-lifting days and so I won't be too hungry.
And yeah, I'll definitely learn how to cook. But I'm not ready for that yet. I have alot in my mind at the moment and I'll have to do alot of research on cooking and eating right. I'll be honest, I still don't know how to eat right. I do research but my brain ignores it. So I do my own thing and eat extremely limited foods. But I'll try to change that. With the frozen dinners I'm going to eat real food everyday. Well, real food to me that is. lol. But yeah, I have to learn how to cook and all. It's part of the life style I'm approaching. Thanks again everyone. I really appreciate it. :) |

| Just checked and the frozen meals have about 550mg of sodium each. I'll only eat 2 frozen meals during school days and 3 during non-school days. Keep in mind that I'll be drinking water the whole day. | |||

| So its not bad if I replace all my food with frozen foods? Because that's what I'm going to do. The only thing I used to cook was scrambled eggs, chicken breast (using my george foreman grill) and brocolli. But I completely got sick of it. I no longer like it at all and force myself to eat it because I can't cook. I ate this every single day. But so far I'm enjoying the frozen dinners. I just hope they are healthy so I can successfully lose weight. But I'm still unsure at the moment. I'm somewhat confused and feel like my plan is going to fail for some reason. I had so much hope again. btw, I checked some of my frozen dinners and they have about 23% of sodium (not sure how many mg; forgot to check that) |

| I'm getting kind of worried about the frozen dinners. They look healthy too. :( I thought it would be much easier and enjoyable for me to keep track of my calories. Because I've had difficulties doing this in the past. I don't see any results so I must have done something wrong before. And now I want to try frozen dinners because it tells me how many calories I'm eating. Not only that but I like them, it's easier to count and alot faster than cooking. I don't know what to do now. :( |

| But I don't know how much calories the chicken breast has. I calculated about 220 cals before. I will definitely eat more brown rice now. I have two questions: 1. How many calories should I eat per meal if my BMR is 1933? 2. Will eating less calories not make me lose weight? I think this is why I haven't lost any weight. But to be honest I have no idea how many calories I ate a day. Mainly because I don't know how many ounces the chicken weighs. I probably ate more than 1650 a day but again, I'm not sure. |

| I wasn't on my diet for 1 day during the 2 months. That day I ate pizza. I stayed true to my diet because I was very motivated. And I guess I am eating less calories than I'm supposed to. I put myself as 'sedentary' when I began my diet. I still consider myself to be sedentary during the two months because I spent most of the day sitting down when I wasn't working out. But it's not because I want to lose weight faster or anything like that. But I am a bit paranoid if I eat more. |

| Yeah, you should definately eat lots (?) of protein after you have worked out (weight lifting). I read it's good to do so because it helps rebuild your muscle tissue or something like that. I forgot the exact details. | |||

| Well I went out and purchased a GF Grill (http://www.homebrands.com/gefonegrfagr.html) That's the one I bought. I'm still learning how to use it. lol. Btw does anyone know how long it takes for it to cool down? And I didn't see any unwanted fat drip down on the drip tray. Am I doing something wrong? |

| This is difficult. :( I think I'll try lilsmiter's suggestion: boiling the chicken breast. I tried it once and it tasted terrible. But this time I won't completely cover it with water. sarahbethmonster's suggestion sounds good too. How much does a george foreman grill cost? No fat either? |

| Ice pack, good idea! I won't get my foot x-rayed. I don't think it did enough damage to my foot. But then again I have never broken anything. For some reason I think I'm making this into a big deal when it really isn't. |

| Thanks for the suggestions everyone! I really appreciate it. :) I am going to follow your advice and add more veggies. I think I am going to replace the brown rice from meal 5 with brocolli and 1 fruit (banana). The rest will remain the same from that meal. :) And I'll keep it to 1 salad a day (meal 3). :) Do you think this is better? Meal 1 (8:00 am) - 2 Scrambled Eggs, 1 slice of whole wheat bread, and 1 glass of 2% Milk. Meal 2 (11:00 am) - 1 Apple and 1 bottle of water Meal 3 (2:00 pm) - 1 unit of skinless chicken breast, 1 cup of long grain brown rice and 2 cups of iceburg/romaine salad (with lemon juice as dressing) and 1 bottle of water. Meal 4 (5:00 pm) - Protein Bar (will workout at 6 pm) Meal 5 (8:00 pm) - 1 unit of skinless chicken breast, 2 cups brocolli and 1 fruit such as a bananna and 1 bottle of water. Of course, I won't be on this diet forever. I am still learning and I will add more food when I have the knowledge. :) |

| Maybe I can replace milk with more fruit. What if I eat 2 apples at 11:00 am? And a banana (with my protein bar) at 5:00 pm? I know I'm not eating enough veggies but I don't think I can add any unless I replace 1 portion of brown rice with some veggies. |

| I can't eat alot at meal 2 because I'm at school and only have about 10 minutes to eat. lol and srlhome I didn't write down that I was drinking water because I don't think it is necessary. Don't worry, I'm going to drink plenty of water. :) |

| My college life style is the same as always. I don't go to parties or anything like that. I guess that's just me. I'm going to start my diet this Sunday. I'm 18 years old, 5'4", and currently weigh 180. My goal is at least 160 so I can wear my size M shirts. And it's difficult when your friends want to go out and eat. It's happened to me. But you have to let them know you are on a diet. If they are real friends they will understand and support you. |

| Yeah I tried several dates for account. It doesn't tell me anything from August 29th and beyond. As for allowance, I got 1500. I got 2200 for expenditure. So 2200 - 1500 = 700 deficit. I know the goal date doesn't matter and all. But I'm just wondering why the two dates are different. |

| Not all carbs are bad. Infact, carbs can be good and you need them. Anyways, I'm a smoker too. I smoked my first cigarette when I was 13 or 14. But I wasn't really a smoker then. I think I started smoking a bit more when I was 15. Ever since then, my addiction keeps growing and growing. I smoke more than ever now...especially if I'm at school (can't smoke around the house because parents get pissed). When I'm at school I smoke about 3 to 5 cigarettes a day. There are times that I hate smoking. But I just have to smoke even if I feel that way. I enjoy smoking at the moment but it usually makes me feel like crap for some reason (tired, sometimes headache and don't feel like doing anything). I don't plan on quitting any time soon unless I get a gf or something. lol I don't know what to tell you. I can't remember if smoking suppresses my hunger/cravings for dessert or not. I'll get back to you on that tomorrow. And sorry if I'm not helping you out. lol |

| I didn't put a date on the allowance calculator. It gave me the September goal date. But I put an early goal date on Account (Edit) just to mess around and it said "Your goal date has been modified based on most recent entered weight of 180.00. You should not try to lose more than 2 pounds per week." And that's how I got the goal date for August 29th (only a month earlier than what the allowance calculator told me. Target Daily Calories on acount/edit remains the same, 1500. What should I do? |

| jackattack is right. For example, if you ate exactly 1200 calories and burned 300 cals, the total cals you ate for the day would be 900. You need to eat atleast 1200 cals if you are a female in order to lose weight safely. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. I'm still new here and I'm still learning. :) | |||
