I have been zig zagging calories, I eat a different amount every day between 1,200-  1,400, some days a little  higher. walking 30 minutes 3-4 time week , am scared to walk anymore because I don't want to have to eat anymore! Some days its hard enough to eat the 1,200.

I am 5'6 started at 158 and am now 148.

10g of sugar but I don't see any on the ingredients. These are baked, very crunchy, not like the chewy kind.

I wouldn't have been able to make it without these:

Popcorn, but like everything read the labels and find the lowest cal/fat choice. I like Healthy Pop.

Oatmeal, I like low-sugar Quaker instant

Jello & Pudding, I like sugar free

Mini Carrots

Pickles

Grapes & Apples

I hope this helps you, good luck!

Souvlaki is generally healthy, as it is just marinated grilled chicken (or I have seen pork). I marinade 2 chix breast in 1/2 c balsamic, 1 tbl lemon, oregano, garlic, s&p-- then grill.

The Tsasiki (sp?) sauce is what "makes" it for me though.

1 cup fat free plain yogurt, 1/4 cup fat free sour cream, 1 garlic clove, 1 cucumber peeled, seeded and shredded, 1 tablespoon lemon, 1 tablespoon fresh dill, s&p

Then I chop chicken and add to *Wheat Flat Bread* and top w/ sauce. It is SO good!
