| I'm only 5'7..
but see its werid, I carry my weight reallly .. awkwardly. i have a really big chest.. and i mean my stomachs not tiny, but its not nearly big as what my weight should reflect. i dunno. Im down a total of 13 pounds now. cant wait for that scale to go downnnn |

| this is gullable,. i know.. but i honestly think that Turbojam would work.. their like 45 mins, your moving, your kicking, and stuff.. so i think it WOULD burn calories | |||

| How many calories do you eat each day?
I'm considering dropping mine to 1200 but i'm not sure, I appartently require a lot more than that. but i dont think, see, I have a lot of weight in a certain area, the rest of me isn't that big overall, like my jeans are a 34... like I dont think I'm really that heavy, its just i have a lotta weight in acertain area, so I think it would be safe to drop the calories, what do you think? i totally binged yesterday, i didnt gain any or lose any when I weighed myself this morning, so that's good. but I feel gross |

| Yeah, I'm hoping to lose 20 by my Christmas semi, at school. I have a really sexy looking dress that I don't really fit into!!!
My mom's motto "you should eat to live, not live to eat",, and it's true. it's just easier said than done. I find when i'm eating junk, i just feel crappy and sluggish. There's nothing that tastes as good as thin/healthy feels :) |

| this is bad. but i do it, becuase it works for me
i buy ceral that is alread in a box of a serving, it's more expensive, but that way i know i'm not over eating. same with oatemeal. |

Although i'm only 18, appartentnly it doesn't get any easier, I just feel really gross about myself, and this weight, it's just. gross, no other words to describe it. 80 pounds is amazing, like .. serouisly, pick up at 7 year old, thats how much you lost.. that's insane, congrats!! It's hard, like once you lose weight, and i know this has happened to me, i personally know i get cocky, and then end up letting myself slip. it's not good at alll. how long do you plan to.. like, do it over? |

| If it's in a yellow bottle. Yes, I've done it.
I only took one before bed, on an empty stomach... and to be honest.. i just went to the bathroom, betterly. which in turn, made my stomach less bloated |

| I was on zoloft, for like.. 9 months.. and as soon as I went up to 200 mgs, I gained about 50 pounds over 4-5-6 months.
Effexor made me less hungry but made me incredibly tired even though it helped. Prozac did nothing for me, but make me sleep for three solid days Cipralex is what I'm on now.. and since its 3:30 AM, you can tel I'm not sleepin with this one.. |

| i think i had about 800 cals today
but i mean, i had chinese food yesterday my mom really wanted it so i just ate half of a meal, becuase i KNEW how bad it was. so now im scared im gunna gain weight from that, so i havent been eating much today, nor wil i probably wanna eat tomorrow |

| Yeah, I know,
I'm gunna get a mini fridge to store fruits and veggies. but then even then i worry about the sugar in them, even though its 'good sugar' i'm just so.. id unno, depressed about my weight, that i know if i burn more than i eat, ill lose it, which is what i'm doing |

| yea, 200 is bad.. for me . i just felt really grossed out.
I'm moving into residence for univeristy in 14 days, i have access to a free gym, but everything cooked, is deepfried. lately, i havent been able to eat, i just feel really fat and gross. |

| I'm totally in the same boat.
I was always under 200, until a new medication had its toll.. anyways, 246 pounds at the end of june. i'd like to lose well over 100. as 121 seems to be the agreed upon weight from my doctor and I. |
