| The "Pollo Margo" is really good and under 500 calories. The Chicken Florentine salad is also really good--just make sure to get the dressing on the side. The salmon would be another good option. Mac Grill is one of my favorites, so I know how hard it can be to resist the tempting pasta dishes. I would go with the Pollo Margo though if I were you. | |||

| I just made some homemade minestrone soup last night. It was really easy and very low cal:
2 can of reduced sodium chicken stock (I get the fat free style) 1 14 oz can of diced tomatoes 1 14 oz can of kidney beans 2 cups of frozen veggies (I use 1 cup corn, I cup italian style veggies) 1/2 cup of elbow pasta (penne style would be good too) 1/4 cup of fat free italian dressing All you do it put it all in a pan and let it come to a simmer and cook until noodles are done. Serves about 6. |

| Tea has no calories unless you add something to it besides water. Most of the listing for Tazo is for the Chai Tea Latte or Green Tea Latte--both of which have milk and some sugar. I usually stick to plan old tea, but Chai latte is my favorite treat! | |||

| I make a 150 Calories Smoothie that is awesome! First you blend about 6 ice cubes in the blender, then you add about 3/4 cup-1 cup of frozen fruit (I ususally use raspberries or some other berry), add 1 container of light n fit fat free yogurt (I use raspberry or vanilla only 60 calories), put in about 1/4 cup of your favorite low sugar juice, and then blend. Super thick and yummy. | |||
