| ahhh sex. I had a friend who had a tiny little frame, and she told me it hurt too. I guess as you grow older, and your body develops a little more, it should start to get better. At least for her I think it did, because now she has a boyfriend who is like 3 times her small little size lol.
definitely like mariamck said, take it slow when you guys are getting busy. That way it wont hurt as much and you can "ease" into it. |

| I throw my hair in a ponytail, twirl it in a bun type thingy, and stop the fly aways with a few clippy things, or a couple bobby pins.

| I like them, but I found that Trader Joes makes fiber muffins the same size for 80 calories. They are much less expensive, the only downside is "chocolate" is not one of the flavors haha. But they do have a couple good ones! | |||

| EEEEK, my eating habits have been spiralling downward, and are now out of control, worse than your 2000 calorie thingy!! You should have seen me last night, lol. But life will go on, and the extra 10 lbs I've put on in the past couple weeks (lol) will go away, with proper decisions. before you put anything in your mouth, think to yourself "is this going to help me achieve my goals" I do that with all my decisions, it helps me make better ones. I havent been asking myself that when I stuff my face as of late though lol. but starting 30 minutes ago, Im fixing that. Im going to take all the food I binge on and put it in a little box and put it in my moms room haha. :] |

| haha, this morning i woke up at 230AM (been up since) and I had a zen bakery bran cake. That was definitely later/earlier than I ever usually eat. I also typically have hot cocoa every night before bed :). |

| I am soooooo in your boat, and I have taken 2 preggo tests. both negative. I DONT GET IT. and my tummy looks like it has a baby inside, thats how bloated I am lol.

| becks light only has 64 calories, most other light beers average around 100 or so. I believe light beer is the way to go. |

| I know there is some outline for the percentages that you should aim for, but I'm not sure what it is.. Hopefully someone will answer that in this thread.
as far as sodium and stuff, I know you should be watching that. I often have high sodium levels as well. I think the recommended fiber is 30g. basically its all in the food you eat. |

| not sure what my blood pressure is, but last time i went in to see the doc, the nurse asked me "is your blood pressure always this low?"
I said "I dont know" :/ and she said maybe I made a mistake, and retook it, without a word, left the office, lol. and no, I dont think I have Vertigo, because its not when I move my head in certain ways. thanks though! |
