| I have had them too and they are pretty nasty.... some of the other flavors of the 60 calorie kind are good.... vanilla, double chocolate, even the minty chocolate and espresso chocolate or whatever it was called... the caramel was the only bust although i did eat all 6 ... not in one sitting of course :) | |||

| I say to myself. "self, do you REALLLLY want to eat that? you are not hungry, you have gotten all of your nutrients for the day, PUT IT DOWN!!" haha. then i dont... or i look in the mirror... sometimes that works the other way though. but my best advcie would just be think reallll hard about whether or not you need that food or if you are eating it for other reasons before you put it in your mouth! also the fact that i am on a rediculously tight budget prevents me from bingeing. | |||

| thanks everyone. the make up thing will definitely not work. by lines i meant.. my arms are dark and my entire chest/shoulders/back are powder white. but i will try these other options. thanks again. :) | |||

| i highly doubt you put 10 servings of creamer in your coffee.... don't sweat it... even if you are at 400.... replace whatever you were planning on having for either lunch or dinner with a HUGE salad that will fill you up and save you some major cals! | |||

| from reading your previous posts.... you are probably stuck because you only eat 650 calories per day while exercising heavily. your body is clinging on to anything it can to prevent you from starving to death. thus, no weight loss. eat. | |||

| you are 13! you need to eat WAY more to even qualify as a healthy eater. 1300 is not enough nor is 1500. Eat healthy nutritioous foods throughout the day and you wont feel bloated and full consuming 1750 calories. I'm sure someone else can give you the website for kids to determine your proper intake requirements. Don't diet, eat and play like kids are supposed to do. | |||

| I think the brand is called walden farms.... they make 0 calorie, 0 sugar 0 fat 0 everything (except sodium) They have balsamic, ranch, blue cheese, italian, and others. they are a little sweet because of the splenda or whatever but i live by them. in the produce section! | |||

| eat more. you need at least 1200. the starvation diet is a quick fix and you will gain it all back and probably more. be healthy, excercise and eat at least 1200 calories of healthy food. | |||

| youre not losing weight because your 14 and your body needs every bit of nutirtion to promote healthy growth. eat more so that when you do excercise, you have fuel. go to a doctor because 14 yr olds should not be dieting. read some of the other forums about teens and weight loss. | |||
