Hey guys!  Well its monday and my first update.

Well this weekend i was a little sick so that could be the reason for weight loss.  Anywho here are my new stats!

Previous Weight-149
Current weight- 147
Goal Weight-125

I have really only been doing portion control and not snacking like a cow...and it was hard to eat yesterday becuase i was nausess etc..so ill probably gain at least a pound back.

the calorie burning thing confuses me too...i sit in a cube all day.  try googling for some office workouts..our office is actually having a seminar on it lol.  our stats are a little simmilar...im 148 and want to be 125..im told i need to consume 1500 calories a day and a little more when i do cardio...but its all healthy stuff..chicken, potatos, vegetables...etc.  good luck and let me know how you do.

LA weightloss...my cousin lost a lot of weight on that..but i heard that once she got off it she became bulimic with any food that they didnt supply...

losing weight and dieting and really change someones outlook! i was thinkgin about la weightloss but not anymore!

im a chunky girl and have little chest...i have a big butt though.  Im a small b and afraid to lose what i have but i honestly thing that i will slim around else where and they will stand out? it works on other girls, hope it works on me!

Im soo ready to lose the rest and suprisingly im a little over 10 lbs to go...thats soo exciting ....but honestly i been at it for a month or more and its hard!!!

I actually did Michael Thurmonds 6 day body makeover...i agree the food was restricting...no salt whatsoever and only fake sugar...which i dont mind becuase i like sweet and low.  I actually did it for two weeks and lost about 18 lbs.  I did gain weight back when i started eating like a cow (im a sucker for french fries!) but i only gained back about 4 maybe 5 lbs.  i felt so much more energized.  i was sad for missing food but only 2 weeks and 1 cheat day...i did ok.  Im actually starting the 6 week one soon and im pretty excited..loosing all that weight was so rewarding and well worth the bland food. OH and i ate about 5 times a day and wasnt hungry most of it...i think the 6 week one will work great

i have this SAME issue...especially since its near halloween..they start leaving pots of unlimited chocolate mmm and im a SUCKER for chocolate...I will usually take one piece and eat it slowly...then i make sure the candy is not at my desk..usually 1 piece satisfies me gives me that taste im craving.  Other times ill cook kettle corn for someone else and take a handful

its soo hard when your bored in your cubicle ...i know!

So yesterday...

I took in everything you guys said as much as possible.  I feel like im at a stage that i can just stop before its too late.  I was really hungry yesterday and wanted to binge again...im on a diet and i really dont want to break it.  Well I really wanted something sweet to eat like ice cream...But i knew that if i was to get it that i would feel guilt and try throwing it up.  So i decided to go to sleep...

It felt like it helped...but i don't want this to lead to anorexia...where i just wont eat the stuff... I know its apparent that my relationship with food is distorted..but i really want to try myself before seeking help. 

So am I on the right track?

i just turned 21...i've been this way for almost a year...i have a friend i been talking to but its hard to talk to them becuase she keeps telling me to go to the doctor and if i continue shes going to tell my family..so i kinda told her i stopped....

i dunno if im that into it that i need to see a doctor..

wow reading that sentence out loud makes me sounds dumb...

thats the thing that sucks...

i thought i was so i read up on all the dangers of it...its really bad for your teeth, heart and the list goes on.  But for some reason i don't think i will get that far. 

thank you guys...its obvious i have a problem...

i was thinking about it while in a meeting about 10 min ago..and to be honest...i don't know if i can stop.  I guess seeking help is the only way, but im not sure if i believe in that. 

Thank you for your responses, is anyone going through this now?

Im actually doing this diet now..its my 4th day.  To be honest, I find it going really well.  I eat the cereal with 1% milk and a banana for breakfast and im full...then a snack bar for snack, a smart one and salad for lunch, snack bits for snack and then i go to the gym and walk on the treadmill for about 30 min.  Then i come home, eat another cup of cereal with milk and a banana...take a shower and watch some tv...then i go to sleep.  sometimes i feel hungry at night, but i just drink a lot of water and go straight to sleep.  so far i have been jumping to get to the scale...i have lost about 3 lbs so far...im guessing its becuase my caloric intake is about 1300...way different than my usualy 2000.  Its good so far to me though.

is anyone else on this diet? it would be great to have a motivated person with me!!
