| I'm 5'9", I lost 33ish punds from 220 to 186.4 and went from a size 16 to a 10. But I'm really bottom heavy, so it's not about what my waist can fit, but what my thighs can fit. At 220 the 16's were too big in the waist, but tight in the thighs and now at 186, the 10's are too big in the waist and tight in the thighs. Pants just aren't made for people shaped like me. | |||

| Weight Loss | OTC ALLI Weight loss pill | Jul 14 2007 07:09 (UTC) |

| "People forget about the small nibbles and snacks throughout the day that add up to obesity. "
I dunno why what emaberanger said made me laugh so hard, but I am sitting in a room full of people and I started to laugh audibly.
Anywho, OTC pills just aren't worth the hassle. Half the time they don't work at all and the other half they're are some sort of crazy laxative. As I'm sure you've heard a thousand times; nothing beats good old fashioned exercise and eating healthy. |

| i never tried it myself, but my sister did. She did lose a lot of weight, but the weight loss definitely was not permanent. She has gained back what she lost, and then some. Also, there was this piece on them on the news that said they were a scam. My sister now does curves and weight watchers, and says that this is much more affective and cost efficient. But again I don't have any personal experience with the system. | |||

| Weight Loss | can everyone (women) become a size 0 or 2?? | Feb 02 2007 23:55 (UTC) |

| one of my best friends is probably a size 4 up top, but has a very large bottom half. she wears a size 13 in pants, but the pants neevr fit her waist, i dont think she could ever be a size 0 or 2, it all depends on not only your frame, but also were you hold your weight the most. | |||
