I go for the most amount of food for the lowest calorie count possible. I know that's not the best, but It seems like I am always snacking. Usually though that means vegetables, you can eat a ton of carrots or celery for pretty low calories. |

I'm using the same scale every day, it's the scale at the gym. How do you determine your body water %? I guess I have been drinking a little more beer now, but that's not every day. Thanks for the reply. |

I have the RS200 and love it. I've had it now close to 2 years and have had to send it in once. They replace the battery fixed the screen and sent it back and it only cost me $12 total. It was pretty much a new watch in the same strap for only $12. I play racquetball 6 days a week and also wear it during hockey and broomball, so I am very rough on it and have not once had a problem. If you have any specific questions please let me know. Mine does support the foot pod, but I havent made that purchase yet because I am not a big runner. |

I feel pretty good, I am a little sore at times, but the racquetball usually limbers me up. Granted I dont always play my best, but I figure being active is better than not, right? |

I too am not a fan of running. I think is really boring. The best thing I did was take up Racquetball. It's an awesome workout and you dont even know your working out. That unfortunaly usally takes a gym membership to do, however, my wife and I have started playing tennis. That a pretty good work out too, expecially since neither of us are good at it. We bought racquets for our three kids and they play in the next court and stay active too. It a good way to get a work out and spend time with your family as well. |

I dont care about it being kosher or vegetarian, I like the fact that I can have the taste of Bacon without all of the fat and calories, if in deed this stuff tastes like bacon. |

Yeah, that's where I heard about it too. I think I will have to order some. Did you read the quotes on their website? I almost wet myself reading this one: “When you put Bacon Salt on mashed potatoes, they try to eat themselves.” - Aaron Tucker. I got a pretty good laugh from them. |

Where can I find these Frazzles I am hearing about? How come that's not something that has caught on here in the US? What's better than something that's crispy and bacon flavored? |

What are smoky bacon crisps? They can't be healthy, but they sound really good. |

| I currently have a Polar RS200. It tracks up to 16 workouts and stores Average Heart Rate, Max Heart Rate, Calories Burned and will track amount of time in specific heart rate zones. Polar also have a cool feature that allows you to upload these workouts to a website to track your progress. The Polar watches use a chest strap to monitor your heart rate which at times can be a pain but you get used to it. If you have any other questions drop me a note and we can discuss. Thanks. Also my wife has the Polar F11 that has many of the same fuctions for less money. | |||

| I too had this problem when first starting to work out. It has now since gone away. How many minutes are you working out at a time? If you do an hour maybe break it up into 30 minutes runs (on the elliptical) with a 5 minute break or something like that. That seems to help me get thru. | |||
