I tried to send you an email, but not sure if it worked. I don't know if you remember me, but we talked for a little bit awhile back.

I cannot believe how unbelievably amazing you look!! I am so proud of you that I, literally, showed everyone at work your progress pictures!! You look absolutely beautiful!!! You do not look 203...not at all! You look about 140!! Wow - almost 100lbs lost. Lord am I proud of you girl!!

I just found out my old scale was 10lbs off....when i thought I was 192/193...I was actually 202/203. I'm NOW 193lbs....so there goes reaching my goal of 170 by January :(

I'm a back-to-back mommy of 3 girls, who are ages 4 1/2, 3, and 17 months and YES YES YES it is very hard to lose weight after having a baby...or two...or three! As far as losing weight while breastfeeding, I'm not sure...I only breastfed my first daughter and was not able to with my other two daughters due to the medication I was on.

My last daughter was 9lbs 9oz...so you can just imagine how HUGE I was!! Here's proof:

It can be done, it just takes a little more time, effort, and patience to lose the pregnancy weight. You can do it!! :) :)

I'm game!!

I'm 5'9" and my goal weight is 150lbs, but a short term goal is to be 170 by January 18, 2008 - by 26th birthday!!

My CW is 193/192lbs...so I need to drop about 22lbs by January...which I KNOW I can do ;)

I eat healthy and exercise an hour 5-7 days a week :)

I love Lean Cuisie and Healthy Choice meals...they both taste good, fill me up, and I know EXACTLY how many calories and fat grams I am eating :)

I buy the Wal-Mart brand of 'Crystal Light' On the Go packets to flavor my water. I buy the Wal-Mart kind because they don't have calories like Crystal Light does ;) I buy the Orange Sunrise kind...it has 100% vitamin C in EACH packet!!!

I guess I'm not making myself clear, sorry.

I want to post that I've only eaten, for example, 500 calories today without someone assuming I am purposely starving myself. I am looking for ways to up my caloric intake. I am not trying to starve myself.

I know 500 calories is way too low. I just want to openly say that I've only eaten that many calories without someone saying that I'm starving myself and that my body will go into starvation mode. This is not what I'm trying to do. I'm trying to up the number so that I can be healthy.

That's the thing...I am worried that I'm not eating enough calories, but from previous posts that I've read, there are some people who criticize others for not eating enough. Granted, those criticims are targeted towards people who are trying to "starve" themselves, but I don't want to give off that impression.

I am here to learn how to eat more calories, without a lot of fat, and how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I don't want to feel attacked if I don't enough in one day....that's all.

At the end of the day I feel like I've eaten too many calories and enter all the info on CC and realize I've shorted myself by more than 100 calories. I am seeing a pattern and not sure how I can change that. I'm not trying to starve myself. I am here to find out HOW to eat more, but healthier.

I hope I'm making sense with all of this...

According to your height and weight, your BMI is 20.1, which is right in the "normal" range. If you got down to 100lbs, your BMI would be 18.3...which is considered "underweight". Just becareful losing that much weight...

But, there is also the "gas with oily-spotting"...what if I don't know how much fat is in a certain item, I can't eat it because I might "go" in my pants or have gas with "oily-spottying"? :\

I guess I will have to wait and not "jump" to buy it and wait for people's feedback.
