i dont know if anyone mentioned it, but push ups and/or chest press and/or butterfly exercises are really great for firming up your chest. a colleague of mine lost 50+ pounds and part of her routine was nightly push ups. i've never seen her naked, but with the scoop or low cut tops she'd sometimes wear, her boobs looked solid.

wow, great suggestions!

i have trouble getting all my veggies in too. i try to find a way to add a vegetable to every meal. cans of or frozen versions of diced tomatoes, spinich, and green beans work for me.

sometimes i'll drink a v8.

i just started exercising and im doing it solely through home work outs. i do step aerobics, balance ball stuff, and a bellydancing video.

i have "dontated" so much money to local gyms over the years, and this time around i've actually got my nutrition going pretty well for the last month, but i refuse to do a gym membership. i know i wont use it, and im afraid it'll jinx me.

it'll be interesting to see where we are in 6 months, huh? :)

sliced raw red bell peppers. they're crunchy and sweet and only 30cal/serving.

can you eat a bigger salad? i started jenny craig, and some vegetables- non starchy like bell peppers, beets, broccoli, salad greens- are supposedly "free foods." all are 10-30 calories a serving and you can have your fill. rice wine vinegar is a tasty low cal dressing.
