I'm not really sure about what bike is the best.  But I got me a bike and started riding it.  I rode today 3 miles, and it was really hard for me.  It's day 2 for me.  I've set a goal for myself, I live in Texas for I looked for www.BicycleTexas.com and there are all these dates with bicycle rides all over Texas.  They have from 5 miles to 250 miles, most of these rides are benefits for one thing or another.  I also found out a bicycle group in my area that ride everyday.  You should check in your area and have fun with your family. 

     I'm riding "David Eikenburg Memorial Bike" this June 16, 2007 @ 8:00am. @ McQueeney 12 miles!  That's my goal!

I had me a pina colada today for lunch.  I was told that alcohol is really bad.  That's why most men have that beer belly.  Keep count!

I'm in!!

My goal is to lose10 pds this month.  I MUST lose 5 by this weekend for a wedding.  I know that will not happen because 5 in 1 week is really hard, but I have not been losing anything so maybe this will motivate me to lose 10.

As of today 188

If not . . . I will stay the night at my in-laws!!

My husband is ready to stay the night over there, but It will not happen.  You watch, I will not stay the night over there!  I will lose 10 pds!  I will keep ya posted on my weight lost.

Your not suppose to eat salsa with meds..  that's not good for your stomach.  I thought everyone knew that!  Stay away from salsa when taking your medication.

Then- Height 5'4"        ;   pant size: 12       & nbsp;    Weight: 130

and want to get at 130 that's my goal!

How I got overweight.... I got Married!  I got married and got really comfortable with everything and stoped exercising.  Befor I got married we use to go out and play every sport you can think of, but after the bad day my husband stopped,  and I stopped.  That's how I gain a lot!   I intend to lose weight because I'm not happy with myself.  This is a big step for me.

I've just started doing the C-C and I'm having trouble makeing dinner and eating befor 7:00,  What can I do to help me with that problem.  I get off from work around 6:00 and it takes me 30 min to get home,  What can I do,  I like to work out at 7:30 at the gym so I have one hour to cook and eat.  Please help!
