This is also my first challenge, and I'm very excited. Ive been on calorie count for awhile, but always push it to the side...hopefully this will keep me on it. Thanks to those that started the challenge and the Red Team forum!!! |

There are a few people in my office that sit on balance balls everyday. I think it does wonders for my posture, but I have noticed that some people sit on them with poor posture. The slouching on the ball and constantly rolling around definitely doesn't seem like it would do you any good. |

I can't get enough of The Biggest Loser workouts! For some reason Bob Harper's cardio workouts never get boring to me. However, if you have neighbors that live below you, they may not love it. You also don't really need weights or anything, you can do it with or without them. The best part might be that you're not working out with these overly fit people, but former Biggest Loser contestants. Recommend it 100%.
