the only one I know to be dangerous (there might be others) is iron if you take a couple multi-vitamins with 100% and eat fortified foods or lots of red meat you could get sick.

ok so now i think i might have a basic plan. I've got a couple garlic herb marinades i have no clue how many claories that that would add but it shouldnt be much more so for 4 oz thats 150 or i was thinking about chicken/prichuto rolls for 170 then i have fiberwise pasta spirals, i still don't know about the alfredo but some version made from laughing cow sounds good and top that with black olives and maybe a sprinkle of green onion and some herbs then for desert a berry parfaits with blueberrys strawberries wild and cultivated rasberries made with jello and pudding and maybe some home made bread if i get brave.

how does that sound

a chicken breast with something put on it and rolled up then toothpicked to cook it the first time, i don't know what theyre really called

ok since this looks like it is a pattern, i understand the benifits of vegtables, i just don't like them nor do i eat them, and even if i did this meal is a welcome home from the airforce dinner and my friend does not eat them so even if they can look pretty they won't be included

no veggies because well i hate them and so does the other person so veggies are out i would have delt with them by picking them out but it was a specific request, the keiv i cant eat it with out potatos, a mental thing i think, and i just wasn't sure about the parmesan but thanks for the ideas for desert

oh i'm so sad i need to save up for a new corset i have a 30" but now i just hook it and the back is even a little lose but i have the perfect costume drawn out it is a short short kimono base triangled bottom and a 26" corset with my 6" vinyl thigh highs or maybe something less tall

I almost hate to say this but i envy your situation, my husbands the oposite, his atraction to me is going away because I'm losing weight, and he doesn't like not large women. consider it ironic that even if you disagree on the whys and everything else about the weight loss, you both want a similar thing.

I love the slim fast cookie dough bars but their so small i always had to have 2 to feel full then my mom found south beach diet bars their much higher in protien and fiber than most slimfast so one actualy fills me up  and calories for meal bars range from 200-250 and snacks are 100-150 i think and if you actualy want food food try a grocerys canned meat section canned chicken fish ham some even have pop tops no can opener required

I've noticed in the last 2 years ive been on depo the week before and the week after are absoluely horible the other 10 weeks great but in those 2 weeks the water weight i put on is so horible between 5 - 10 pounds and the awful mood i'm in wanting cherry coke and smores poptarts doesnt help but yeah on depo i gained about 50 lbs in six months with no real habit change

I not very well versed in fancy graveys but i know that reguar brown fat free chicken gravy 15 cal a 1/4 cup and a good tamato sauce is just a can of hunts tomato sauce seasoned to taste also about 15 cal a 1/4 cup
