| Hello, michellesmith0.
It sounds like you and I are walking the same path. I am 31, married, a mommy of three and obese. For many years I have just ignored the problem thinking that I would wake up one morning and have the body of a supermodel. Well, guess what I don't live in a magical world. So, I know that I am going to have to work for a healthy body. I would like to have an online friend to lend me support and someone who will let me support them. I try to talk to my husband (who is very supportive), but he doesn't seem to understand what I am going through. Of course he is 6 foot tall and can eat anything and not gain a pound, me on the other hand can look at a cupcake and gain a pound. I have been dieting for about a month or more and have lost 3lbs. I get so discouraged because I want to step on the scale and see a weight lose of 10lbs a week. However, I know in my heart that losing the weight slowly will help me from gaining it back. please write back, Tired of being fat in Tennessee. |

| Thanks makambo! I needed to hear that I was ready to hit the chocolate wide open. I know that I can't give up, but I get so disappointed when I have worked so hard to only see the scales move one pound. | |||

| I am so glad to have other people who are going through the same struggles that I am to talk to. I lost another pound this week, but I feel like I have worked so hard, and am a little disappointed that it was only one pound. I know that I should be happy with one pound. | |||

| I love the idea of an over 200 club, I am new to c-c, and really need all of the support that I can get. My goal is to lose 105lbs. | |||
