| I have lost 58 pounds and it will be 6 months at the end of this month. I started out at 251 so I had lots to lose. It has been a total lifestyle change for me. I have not had fast food in 6 months, I have not had a coke in 6 months ( I did have 1 diet coke) I drink water and milk, eat very healthy and exercise every day. I eat 1400 calories a day and have found that if I go under that my weight loss slows down.
Just keep at it, eat healthy and exercise. |

How is everyone doing this week? I am down a pound. This past weekend I got to meet THE Biggest Looser, Eric Chopin and his wife. They were in Dallas at the Health Fit Expo. I was so impressed with both of them and have Eric's picture on my fridge for inspiration. |
