| My baby will be 4 months on Saturday and I'm BFing. I can't really tell that it's helping me lose weight at all. I'm beginning to think that's an old wives tale. I've been eating South Beach diet frozen meals and they have really begun to help me lose. I'm just worried I'm not getting the extra calories in that I need to continue BFing. | |||

| A year ago today I weighed 280 and then I got pregnant and now I have a baby and I weigh 229 (at least I did before I ate christmas cookies, ect). My goal is to be under 200 by Feb. 13th (my bday). Not sure if that will happen, especially if I continue eating all this holiday food. | |||
