Original Post by gi-jane: Thanks for the advice, I'm definitely going to try this. I've been on a plateau of 154.5 for a couple weeks now even with the exercise and supposed correct amount of calories. It's sort of intimidating to eat 2500 calories... I mean its just a lot more than I'm used to eating! but I'll try it and maybe it will help me re-kick start this weight loss. So basically one day ever 2-3 weeks eat 2500 cals and in the between time stick to the 1800? Sounds like a plan. |

So, i've been frustrated with my results in past challenges because i haven't been losing the lbs. i would like to see gone, however, i think i've been losing inches because i definitely went down a pants size when i went shopping at my favorite store yesterday :) ... usually i have to buy 10s there, but i ended up buying 8s this time! exciting...! anyway, I would really like to see 150 on the scale by the end of this month... gonna try hard to make that happen! |

that's awesome.... i definitely gained like 3 pounds when i went on vacation this month (actually to nashville haha) but lucky lost it quickly and then some. |

i've been on a plateau for months now! i eat like around 1600 (give or take) everyday and also exercise about 15 mins of pilates and a mile and a half run... am i eating too little?? i feel like i've lost inches, but these lbs. are not coming off. any advice? |
