Motivation Girls in their 20's who want to lose about 100 pounds Feb 01 2008

I'm 28 6ft and 290 (I've gained back 20 lbs!!). I feel like I'm sliding backwards from the progress I had been making and it's driving me mad. I really would like to be a size 16 by may- I think that's the equivilant to about 50 lbs to lose. I have this adorable blue and green dress I bought and I have it hung in my window. I want to wear it on my birthday- May 11th. That's my stepping stone to my ultimate goal of 175. I figure if I can lose 50 lbs I can do anything!

WE CAN DO IT!!!

I know everyone is really skeptical about this article. But I really think there's something to it.

Has anyone heard about Body For Life? Here are some before and after pictures of some of the contestants. A few even have hanging fat rolls. I believe it is possible for your skin to shrink back.

My name is Ray and I'm a Big Fat Loser!!!! I've lost 48lbs so far and have 121 more to go.

Can I join? I definitely fit the criteria!! Plus, I need more people in my life who are going in the same direction. Sometimes I get discouraged.

*points to self* who me? OK yeah, I'm new here.

I'm Ray (Rachael). I just joined less than a week ago. I've been trying to lose weight hardcore  for about 10 months. I've lost 45lbs and have taken up jogging. I eat real food (as whole as possible), exercise 6 days a week.

I'm 6ft and 287lb (started out at 335). My goal weight is 165-175. I would really like a few friends to share the chubby angst with.
