| It isn't pointless, everyone needs to vent! I've been there! and i started slipping into not counting calories because it started to tire me and my life was getting kind of stressful and I started to gain but I started counting again because I remembered what my motivation was to start losing weight in the first place,which is exactly what you're feeling now,I didn't want food to make me feel awful. | Today I've had
Breakfast: Crispix Cereal (It has no fibre and not much protein but it gets an A on CC! Strange..) and skimmed milk, and 2 small eggs.(Scrambled) Lunch: Turkey sandwich with Oscar Mayer 95% fat free turkey and rye bread. Snack: Apple Dinner : Not sure yet! |

Snack: Special K bar (original) Lunch: um, small portion of this mediterranean dish thats kinda like stew with meat and macaroni and cheese. Snack: Pineapple Juice Dinner: 2 eggs + whole wheat roll and Low fat chocolate milk Snack: Low Fat chocolate ice lolly Sound good? |

| Some people fast for medical or religious reasons, I fast for religious reasons and I find that it doesn't harm my body, I actually tend to eat much less junkfood too,because I tend to break my fast with nutritious meals so when I do crave something to eat its usually nutrious food. Not saying you should deprive yourself ,but that when you fast properly(and/or with your dieticians consent) it can have positive results. | |||

| LOl kylee!
Id have chocolate chip pankes with chocolate syrup on top. Oreo cheese cake covered in caramel. YUm.. and..I don't really miss normal food , just desserts!! Oo a pizza with marshmallows and chocolate chips would be a good meal ;D |

| Yes,but I think only when they are raw, and Im not sure strawberry counts,you can look it up on the internet to get the full list of negative calorie foods,the theory behind it is that these foods are made up of cellulose, and your body cant break that down I think. | |||

| fish !! ( except if its the junkfood kind thats breaded and fried:p) Onions! even you can't really taste it in your food its texture and smell grosses me out. COFFEE, i think it has a beautiful smell but I Just dont lik,e the taste, ive added endless amounts of sugar and milk to it ,still can't cover the taste ;s MUshrooms,(Especially wen theyr slimy) ;s , all vegetables except corn(but only when its on the cob when its frozen,frozen kernels i dont like ) ,i like cucumber and lettuce and carrots, dont like Grapefruit also , oo and i dont like pickles not to o big a fan of peaches or watermelon,..tartar sauce! its just too...FISHY, or maybe it just reminds me of fish anyway OO garlic, only like eggs when theyr scrambled,olives,and im very picky when it comes to meat and chicken i only like them when theyre served in specific ways:p mi list goes on! Im really picky when it comes to food! Lol not suprisingly when it comes to junkfood i like almost everything;p and i wonder why im here?! ;p |

| Thanks those are great suggestions ;) I think until i get to see her ill just focus on excercise,and try not to count, Maybe walking and calisthenics(icant do much outdoors since the temp is 40-45 at all times even at night !!!)) | |||

| I hate all veggies except carrots cucumbers and corn,do u like popcorn? I think that counts as vegetable and is actually pretty healthy(7g of fiber in 2 tbsp unpopped of popcorn!) without butter. | |||

| I've heard your weight can fluctuate from day to day,because of a lot of reasons your sodium might intake might be high and you might be retaining water or you're bound to weigh a bit more after you eat, but i dont think u can gain and lose 3 pounds in one day, you'd have to eat a v.large amount of calories. | |||

| Congrats !!!! =D Transition wasn't hard really if you know how much you need to maintain and its actualy pretty nice to have more calories , and no i didnt gain ;)

| Ok update;p I upped my calories to 1700 ,which had some good effects, I'm no longer kind of dizzy after breakfast ,(I thought it was because I had just woken up or something) but today when i upped my breakfast calories no more dizzyness and less snacking. But..i dont know if this has to do with me upping my calories but after lunch i suddenly had this craving for chocolate! and im not restricting myself like i was before, and before I knew it i had eaten a bar of chocolate and some candy when i was planning to eat some fruit ,only to find maybe 10 minutes that it felt more like thirst and not hunger ! urgh..(sorry this is long i just felt like ranting) | |||

| THanks for the advice!,thats helpful, ill try adding 100 calories and see how it goes, I've started being more active lately,so i think 100 should be safe.Thanks again for the tips on how to monitor my weight,its nice to know a way i can keep track of my weight without it becoming too stresfful. | |||

| I dont know if its good or bad for weightloss but i wouldnt cut it out because its good for you,its a good source of calcium and protein and enriched dairy like milk has Vitamin D and A in it, so if anything i think its actually aids weightloss(vitamin deficiencies can cause a decrease in your metabolic rate) and if ur worried about the fat get low fat versions, Its up to u of course wether u wanna cut out diary but i think itd wouldnt be the best thing to do ;) Hope that helps :) | |||
