| For goodness sake , don't skip breakfast. It will rev up your metabolism for the rest of the day . Check out RadiantRecovery.com for more info about breakfast. Eat within 1 hour of getting up, include protein and a complex carb, everyday! I have a protein shake when I am in a hurry - you can sip it in the car. 1-1 1/2 cups milk (rice, soy, almond or cow) 1 scoop protein powder (soy, rice of whey) Spirutein has tons of flavors to choose from and comes in soy or whey - see what your body likes a banana or 1/2 berries (I like frozen blueberries) 2 tbsp oats, blenderize at least 1 minute to grind up oats flax oil is a good healthy addition, some fruit juice if you want it sweeter. Enjoy!!! Make time for yourself, you are worth it. (Eating breakfast makes me more patient with my students!) |
