| sweet tart: Well my family and friends have always said i have a stomach and now more so than ever because I live on my own but when I come around they always talk about how i've grown a belly (jokingly, of course) but it really bothers me & it's enough fat that I have serious rolls..(i realize even the smallest people have rolls when they sit down but mine are fat) & i'd be fine with some coming back, I know i can not eliminate it all but i just don't want it to just protrude like i'm pregnant or something
United: yes i've seen them & I really don't feel they have stomach's the way i do..actually i know theirs are 'tighter'..where as mine is more 'loose'. My BMI is healthy weight so I have no problems there but it is like only a few points away from being underweight. clairelaine, thanks. & jhealynyad that was very informative, i dind't know guts just got swollen so thank you. =] thanks agian guys.. |

| Queen: Well although I may appear small to others in my clothes its when I'm naked that I see the fat. But it's not even that because even when I'm sitting down I can feel my stomach rolls folding over eachother & when I walk I can feel my fat giggle..and it hurts to feel this way. I know i'm not 'fat' but i do have pounds to loose....I wish it really were just a disorted image i have ofmyself but i'm afraid it's just the plain truth.? | |||

| it is a diet and it can be healthy...for example I bet most of you think, by being on this diet will only allow you to eat one thing... like a granola bar, for instance at 190 cals on the 200 day. But if you research how many calories are actually in different foods you'll see it's quite easy. Some examples:
1 egg white= 40 calories jello= between 5-10 cals depending on what kind oatmeal= 109 calories cucumbers, carrots, cabbage = so little there's no need to count cereal= 140 cals (there are cereals that are 260 so you have to look for them) milk= around 90 cals or so depending on what kind.. watermelon= 30 or less cals... and i could go on but you see, you can eat just as healthy throughout the day like anyone else...and there's all types of foods you can eat. Even at christmas someone on this diet could have eaten 10 candy canes on the 200 day (one candy cane can be 20 cals) so see being on this diet will allow you to eat all kinds of foods and quite a lot of it... |

| you guys are so rediculous...it is not a DIE-t...it's a diet and a lifestyle ...just because you were near death doesn't mean others will & the stomach is very small and all those huge 3 course meals all these people eat are way too big for the stomach...and eating those 3 times a day is NOT healthy... | |||

| well the whole reason why i walk now instead of run is because when i was running i was just getting thicker and i didn't like it..i did this for 3 months until i hear about walking to burn fat. | |||

| there are plenty of healthy choices at the chow hall just make sure you stay away from the snack line (the one with the grill) and check out what's on the healthy "main" line. usually they hvae some sort of meat, side, and veggies. I always go for the vegetables and they always have cereal so it's not like you don't have that to choose from. Whatever you do, don't pig out on the nachos, hamburgers, chips, etc. I know that's most popular & that's what 'everyone eats' but you don't have to eat that way. Plus you should be able to get cold sandwiches, they should make it for you & just get wheat bread w/whatever kind of meat and cheese and try to eat it without mayo...but yeah the Chow hall isn't bad. you jsut have to think before you get your food...plus they always have fruit... | |||

The 2468 post was not a promotional post...it was an idea put out there for others to evaluate... but the only reason people "reported a violation" in the first place was because they thought about doing it themselves and thought about how hard/ near impossible it would be to achieve....so that's their fault. |

| Well this site actually says that women should not take any less than 1200 calories a day SO by you taking 1600, it's going to help you gain. During your TOM you can go ahead an make sure to ONLY eat 1200 a day and see how that goes. If you're really wanting to loose weight though, try less than 1200. | |||

| Those are exactly the exercises i've been doing & all i seem to do is get thicker and thicker...i realize muscle weighs more than fat but I'm concerned about the way i look not about what shows on the scale...how do i fix it?? | |||

| Well'm i'm somewhere between 5'3 & 5'4 and I'm currently weighing 120- the most i've ever weighed in my life. I use to be so scared to reach the tripple digits but now I just wish I could be below them. I'm small, like you but I'm no where fat or too thin.
