| Hi everyone. I just got assigned to this team and i am sooooooo excited. My heaviest was 318 lbs about 5 years ago. i got down to about 260 and stayed around that weight for a long long time. but i decided i deserve better than that so i started changing my lifestyle in september and weighed 264 when i started. right now i am sitting at 228. and my goal weight right now is 180. 48 more lbs for me!! yeah!! i am hoping to lose at least 18 lbs while on this challenge. i gained a few lbs over christmas but am now back to my before christmas weight so what better time to start a challenge right. i welcome new friends and hope we can all support each other and be successful. | |||

| i always have a hard time getting back on track after a free of guilt eating day. i am not sure exactly why, maybe because it feels so good that i just want to keep on doing it. i had a couple bad days after the holiday but i just tried to keep my mind on the prize (a healthier new me). easier said than done i know but this site has helped soooo much. good luck and hang in there. | |||

| down 1 lb this morning. so i am now 229. which is exciting because i haven't seen the 220's since high school. a little disappointing after my big lose of 6 lbs last week. but i didn't expect that again. that would be dangerous to lose that fast all the time, but it is good to have those kind of weeks once in a while to keep u motivated. good luck to all! | |||

| it is my opinion that we are always searching for an answer to our weight problems or a cure in these kind of articles. while it is good to be educated i just think these kinds of things distract us from the basics. bottom line: reduce calories and exercise regularly to lose weight. that is the only time tested true thing i have ever really heard that works. let's not complicate things. | |||

| last week i was 236 and this morning i weighed in at 230!
that is -6lbs for me, that is also the most i have ever lost in a week. and i even pigged out yesterday. |

| i have always put on about 10 lbs through the holidays. But what is worse is that when the holidays are over i have gotten so spoiled with eating all the yummy things i want that i just keep doing it. can't seem to get back on that wagon once i fall off. so my goal is to focus on being healthy even through the holidays, participating in the yummy food but not over induldging, making some healthy substitutions in my food choices over the holidays. and hopefully that will add up to losing 5 lbs. | |||

| i was weighing on friday's befor i found this site so this works better for me too, but i like to weigh every other week so i don't get discouraged. i like seeing a bigger drop in weight less often it helps keep me motivated. so i hope it is ok if i share my success with you all every other week. last weighed 238 on 11-13. my goal is 180 and i started at 262 | |||

| I must be from another planet because i perfer working out in the morning. It get's me all amped for the day and i find that i have more energy and a better attitude. after work i don't want to do anything. sometimes i will do a light workout in the evening like a mile on the treadmill or basketball with my kids. I find that i am hungry shortly after breakfast when i work out too. my cure for that hunger is i take a couple healthy snacks (around 100 calories) to work with me so that i have a healthy option at my finger tips throughout the day when hunger strikes. But i don't eat them if i don't get hungry. | |||

| I love this subject. i am often in a rush for lunch and low on cash. There is a convenience store close to where i work that serves soup everyday for only 99 cents a cup. it works great for me and there are 2 different options every day. But when i am sick of soup my rule to the drive through is just to get one item like a burger or chicken, never get fries or mayo! I don't have time to worry about calories or fat at lunch time. i have to keep it simple. | |||

| Hello everyone. Yes i am also a binger! ahh there i said it. i just try to be really aware of why i am wanting to eat and if it's not because i am hungry then i try to fill that void i am feeling with something else i enjoy like talking to a friend or crocheting. My binging goes like this, i just go to the convenience store and get my favorite treat (which has been fresh bake cookies lately) and buy like five of them and eat them in my car before i even leave the parking lot. then afterwards i realize what i have just done. i could let myself feel horrible about it and starve the rest of the day or forgive myself. the truth is when this happens it actually helps me be more aware of the process next time and i am more likely to stop myself before it is too late. and yes the 100 calorie snack packs are a new favorite of mine. they are great. they satisfy my sweet tooth without the guilt. i am new to this C C thing and would love to meet some friends and gain some support so feel free to add me. thanks | |||
