Progressio light soup, I think southwestern kind today, and a veggie delight salad from subway with vinegar as dressing... 200.

thank you- I've worked really hard to get here.. it's fustrating to me because I often hear, 'oh, stop trying to look like the olsen twins.. go eat a sandwhich.." I wish it was that easy. I guess I just want people to understand- I wasn't trying to be condesending or anything.

for me if someone's like go eat a muffin, or a sandwhich.. it's like if I was to ask you to eat a foot or something. I just wouldn't ever even think to.

my eating disorder isn't because I want to look like Paris Hilton or Nicole Richie... It just developed after a lot of abuse and neglect, ect.. bad things in my childhood. I've ruined a lot of my life and missed out on a lot of the 'typical' teenage thing. I couldn't go to my prom because I felt so fat and was hysterically crying.

maybe you should talk to people and educate yourself about eating disorders before you go off on people with them. Would you go off about people with diabeties, about how their fat sacks of flesh who need to learn to control their insulin?

cut up fruit, snack.. or dry cereal. Toast w/ a little peanut butter... I love yogurt with berries in it and all bran on top. You could mix the yogurt and berries at home, put the cereal in a little baggie and eat it at work. It also doesn't have to be a typical "breakfast" food. Eat your sanwhich for breakfast and eat something different for lunch?

alcohol doesn't have to be digested, it is easily absorbed into the bloodstream, so I would think that since food needs to be digested and that burns calories, you would have more of a chance to gain weight from alcohol than food. && you're always more apt to eat when you're consuming alcohol

try something like.... apple chopped, then put sweetner of your choice and cinnamon on it, nuke it in the microwave til it's really hot, mix in some low fat vanilla yogurt (I like dannon light and fit), and then eat it with all bran or fiber one... maybe some kashi go lean if you like that... I guess whatever crunch cereal floats your boat. SO GOOOOOOD. I reccoment peeling the apple first. About 150ish cals.

i eat dannon light n fit.. a container is 60 cals... it does have artificial sweetners and if you don't love the taste you can add some berries (i just thaw some frozen ones in the microwave and then mix the yogurt in) and it tastes good.. and it's pretty much still less cals then other yogurts

Hair has a 'natural length'.. once it gets there it can't grow any longer. but try taking biotine or get a hair, skin and nails vitamin.. you never know what will help

I always do a bananna with sf maple surup and splenda brown sugar with vanilla non fat yog. YUMM 120 cals. OR bananna, warmed in the microwave, with strawberry yogurt. yum

that's called cardiac strain. Being annorexic, your heart could fail at anytime and you could go into cardiac arrest, and essentially die. You should seek medical help.

I always take frozen berries, put them in the microwave with splenda over them, or apples with cinnamon and then mix it up with a lite n' fit nonfat yogurt (60 cals) and eat some all bran with it. You might prefer granola or whatever cereal.... YUUUUUUUUUUUM.
