| I've tried the south beach diet. BEST i've tried, i lost 5 pounds (or more) in a week...i noticed because the difference in how my clothes fit was huge..i remember being super excited lol but yeah, it works and results are good =) | |||

| this addiction thing sounds pretty bad, i used to drink alot of diet drinks and stuff but recently i've gotten used to drinking water throughout the day and when it comes to lunch/dinner i have my can of diet pepsi...sometimes i drink one in lunch too if not juice but i honestly dont like drinking water while i eat, i prefer soda or juice....im so used to it lol | |||

| no, its once in a while...i mean, ive never really counted the calories i eat i just started today cuz i started dieting today. i thought i weighed 149...guess not....i weigh 155 =( i REALLY need to lose this weight (consuming the right calories of course), i've gained alot these past few months. I'm just stopping it. My last diet was the south beach diet, it worked GREAT. i lost 5 pounds in a week and felt great and i ate less fattening foods than i ate today, im kinda confused =/ |

| i'm in Miami, FL its 7:33 PM and the weather is pretty good. Decent temperature not too hot and definetely not cold. Partly cloudy skies.
The days are gorgeous though, i love the bright sunny days, its like its always summer...the weather is one of the best things here =D |

| "do you excersisenow and how much?" well i used to excersise at leats 30 mins 5 days a week but that was last summer.....today im starting to work with dumbells with a fitness book i bought it works both upper and lower body and i'll be doing that 4-5 times a week for 20-30 mins im also thinking of adding 10 mins of fast walking in the treadmill before i begin and then 10 more minutes when im done with the dumbells. |

| hey bigtwinky thanks, i'm planning to lose that weight but not ALL of it by dec 18 i know its not healthy =) i've been on the weight loss track before because i was overweight when i was younger and i lost ALOT of weight between my freshman and sophmore year of high school...i just gained some of it back and wanna lose it again. thanks again =D | |||

| thanks kim! im glad im not the only one lol now that makes two of us, and congrats on your 1 year anniversary it must feel wonderful to get there with the one you love, i cant wait! lol im gonna try to lose at least some of the weight even though sometimes, knowing me, i just go ahead and say "oh, dont worry, i'll eat that, i'll just start tomorrow and this time for sure" and it never happens but hey, i've already started and i wanna keep it that way. gotta keep that motivation. |

| i watch music videos lol their bodies make me want to work for looking good too...also, do you have a specific celebrity that you would like to look like? search the internet for her fitness "secrets" and put a pic of her as your comp background or wherever you sit and snack or eat...whatever. and it'll help you stop and work out or eat less instead hope i helped at least a bit =] |
