| I understand absolutely everything you all are saying. I really don't know how I feel. Maybe it is a bad idea, maybe I will regret it, I don't know at this point. What I do know is that I am not comfortable just walking away from the situation, never knowing what would have happened. | |||

| I see where you both are coming from, and I don't really have any other defense except it just feels different with him....real. I have always hated guys my age, because they have not treated me well. I don't feel like he holds me back at all, and I would never allow a relationship to keep me from life's experiences. As for his job and daughters, they are both priorities to him...his daughters are his world. I know there is baggage, but who doesn't have some form of baggage? I know I have lots of emotional baggage, and I'm only 20. I can't explain why we get along as well as we do...but it is eerie how similar we are. He has told me a million times to go find someone better than him, but neither one of us can walk away from eachother. I don't really have any expectations at this point, just kind of taking things as they come. Sure, the relationship would have its complications, but if it wasn't these problems it would be other ones. |

| Im 5'8, 158lbs, almost 20 years old...would like to get down to 140, but I'd be happy with a toned 145. I probably wouldn't do 7 days, but I'd push for 6 and definitely do 5. | |||

| Here's some....
Sleeping until 11 on my day off Waking up and seeing the rose that the guy i care about left on my windshield. Getting a phone call from a friend that i haven't heard from in awhile wanting to get together tonight. Walking around the grocery store, seeing all the fresh produce, knowing that I'm doing something good for my body. |

| Ever since regaining about 35lbs after a semi-severe bout of anorexia last year, I have been trying to lose the weight, binging, trying different 'routines'...all of which never last and just end up in binging and weight gain. So now, I'm sticking with proven science and unmistakable numbers. :] | |||

| I'm 5'8...158ish....19, almost 20 years old...would love to be 140-145...but 'dieting' really IS making me fat, so I'm trying to do this the right way, and i know everything there is to know about the numbers, and i know that it takes some experimentation to figure out what works for an individual, but I am not really sure which to try first. | |||

| Fitness | How can I weight train without using weights? | Jul 26 2007 17:00 (UTC) |

| I, too, prefer to strength train using my own bodyweight. For arms, I recommend pushups and the plank. For legs, lunges and squats are the way to go. I suggest investing in an exercise ball. I love mine, and you can get one at Target or somewhere similar for about 20 bucks. There are plenty of websites with exercise suggestions for using the ball, as well as explanations for doing the moves I've just mentioned. Good luck! | |||
