| I prefer the raw quaker oats. You put the skim milk on medium heat, add cinnamon, raisins and chopped walnuts then after a minute add fresh diced apples or bananas, cook for another minute, then add the oats. top it with brown sugar. | |||

| Thanks a lot everyone! There are lots of really good suggestion here. Oddly enough I don't have a chocolate craving today. But this is a great resource to have when it strikes again. |
