| 3/4 c. of Kashi Go Lean Crunch mixed with 1 cup of frozen blueberry, blackberry, and raspberry mix. It's only 213 calories, 2.25 g of fat, and 12 g of fiber. I hate milk so I just mix the defrosted berries in with the cereal. It's yummy. | |||

Spiced Pumpkin Cake 1 box of Spice Cake Mix 1-14 oz can of Pure Pumpkin 1/2 c. water Mix all ingredients. Spray pan and bake as directed on box (may bake quicker than listed on box.) |

| I just discovered this website in November and am very excited to join Team 3! I have 30 lbs to lose -- weight I should have lost BEFORE I got pregnant, but oh well, can't go back now. My daughter is now 1-1/2 and I'm still struggling to lose the post-baby weight. I'm hoping this board motivates me to work out again!!!
