3/4 c. of Kashi Go Lean Crunch mixed with 1 cup of frozen blueberry, blackberry, and raspberry mix.  It's only 213 calories, 2.25 g of fat, and 12 g of fiber.  I hate milk so I just mix the defrosted berries in with the cereal.  It's yummy.

Kashi Go Lean Crunch -- it's so good and loaded with fiber.  I mix it with a cup of frozen blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries every morning.  It feels like I'm eating something that's bad for me!

It's also very good with canned cherry pie filling.  I've made it in a bundt pan, and it came out good, too.

Then you have to try this cake!

Spiced Pumpkin Cake

1 box of Spice Cake Mix

1-14 oz can of Pure Pumpkin

1/2 c. water

Mix all ingredients.  Spray pan and bake as directed on box (may bake quicker than listed on box.)

Definitely . . . of course, I'm trying to hold off my next cheat day until our Super Bowl party.  I figure if I'm really good every day, including working out, I can have one day of no counting and not think twice about it!!

I just discovered this website in November and am very excited to join Team 3!  I have 30 lbs to lose -- weight I should have lost BEFORE I got pregnant, but oh well, can't go back now.  My daughter is now 1-1/2 and I'm still struggling to lose the post-baby weight.  I'm hoping this board motivates me to work out again!!!

I just want to be a LOSER :-)
