I would say you are doing okay for breakfast. But instead of doing two whole eggs, try doing 3 egg whites and it cut 85% of the cholesterol out. I don't know if you are a veggie person but it you chop up some onions and red bells peppers up really small and and use a teaspoon of olive oil to saute them veggies and do an omelt like thing. Instead of having two slices of ham maybe only have one slice of ham and chop it up in your omelt. And make sure what ever bread wheather toast or roll that it is whole wheat or whole grain. The white breads don't do your body much good. |

Eating a hand full of Almonds will fill you up and keep you full for about 2 hours till your next meal. Also try Eating an Apple with 1 TBSP of Peanut butter. The protien will fill you up and it's only a 100 cal snack.
Protien is the best thing to add to your diet... Egg whites, nuts, and lean chicken Plus the protien will help repair your muscles after your work out. |

You may not be loosing weight because you are eating the wrong foods... or your not spacing your calories out correctly. 1600 caories is a good range to stay within. Another is to try to space out your workout like every other day. instead of doing 30min cardio for 5 days a week, try doing 45-55min cardio every other day. Because when you are doing the cardio EVERY day your body tends to get used to it and expects so it conserves calories just for the workout so it's not burning fat. Exercising every other day gives your body a chance to rest and recover. And one more important thing, make sure you are eating alot of protien... Protein is alot tougher for your body to break down and keeps your fuller longer.... so in the mornings shoot for oat meal or eggs. Then for lunch if you want a salad... add some grilled chicken to the salad the protien well help you stay fuller longer. Try to limit your breakfast and lunch to about 300 - 400 calories each and then try to eat about every 2 - 3 hours having a 100 - 150 calorie snack

Yeah you can get a kitchen scale from wal-mart for like under $10.00. They are so worth it. |

Only weigh yourself once a week, it is normal for your body to flucate one to two pounds in a day... pick one day a week and only step on the scale that day, Then compare your weight lost against last week.
