Weight Loss Fat Old Me!!! Mar 27 2008

yeah I'll do that!

I want to also make smoothies. I think they could be a good source of vitamins and if I incorporated yoghurt, that could be a good replacement for milk which I hate to take everyday since Maltese skimmed milk is usually watered down and I still feel hungry after some time

thanks gi-jane. I think that the not-so-good food is my worst enemy. I love shopping and when I go out I just don't even think about food, but sitting here in this tiny room on this tiny desk makes me miserable and wanting to talk to some friends

I've had a good week so far...My body has accepted the amount of 1250 calories and usually would not want to go beyond that so I'm very happy that I'm finally controlling what I eat. From Mon 26th November I've gone down 3.2kgs so I'm very happy :D

Weight Loss Home Scales......... Nov 30 2007

hey

I went to buy a new set of digital scales yesterday 'cause the other set I have weighed 3.5kgs less and was soooo inaccurate.

The man at the shop told me that if possible to not leave the scales in the bathroom because of evaporated water and so on. It seems that these digital scales get affected by the humid atmoshpere in the bathroom so I'm keeping mine in my bedroom under the bed or a chair...

I find weighing myself everyday keeps me in check...however it's the official weekly weigh-in which is the most important

nah charlotte...that's atrocious! If she wants to detox then I'd recommend drinking some appropriate herbal teas.

Eat small, regular meals and BE PATIENT!!! If you lose 7lbs in a week you will pile them up again after a few days!!! It takes time to get the weight off especially if you're at a normal weight

I weigh myself first thing in the morning after going to the bathroom. This is my third day of official dieting and tomorrow I'm going to buy brand new scales 'cause I've had mine for a few years and I suspect they don't weigh accurately...

Weighing myself everyday helps me keep control over what I eat and do...however it's the official weekly weigh-in that really matters...

Bought a slimming magazine today. Although I enjoyed the success stories I won't look again at the different recipes. They made me really hungry considering I was eating a plate full of veggie soup

try consuming between 1250-1500 calories a day depending how much you need to lose weight. never go below 1100 calories. you have to have patience...several factors might influence your weight loss - water retention, bloating from menstrual cycle, constipation etc

hey ppl...I'm a chocaholic and yet I've resisted chocolate these past 2 days :D I remember a time when I had lost 8kgs that I couldn't even stomach the idea of eating a choccie and here I am once again vowing to forget what the taste of chocolate is like. I went to the uni canteen where it is fully stocked with all sorts of chocolates and biscuits and whatever. I chose a blackcherries non-fat yoghurt, a small muesli bar having underneath coated with strawberry yoghurt and a bottle of water. I'm so proud of myself today for having won the battle against the junk-food canteen

Hi!

I'm new here and I have a problem. i'm only 19 years old and i've always been overweight bu last year i had lost 8 kilos. this year i broke up with my bf of 3 years and i found myself alone; lonely and always at home. i began binging and i can't stop, and i feel i'm an ugly unattractive blob. sometimes i feel like I want to cry because i've never felt like this. i know i need to lose weight but temptation to binge is always there. at times i ended up feeling i need to throw up. i don't know what to do. all i know is that i am very unhappy and that i don't have any support from my family to lose weight...they just think i'm lazy and that i don't want to diet. but they don't know how i feel inside. i want to be free.....please help me before i balloon more. i don't know what i should do!!!!!!!!!!

i thank anyone who helps me. thanks so very much
