Oh I know I can do it ... and I know its my fault im here.... Its just that counting is really a big pain in the ass... but I understand its necessarry.  Its like for lunch today I had a big salad with lots of yummies on it... tomotaes, carrots, clelry, 1/2 hard boiled egg and garbonzo beans.... thats a pain to figure out how much is in it.  I think for me I need to be more in tune with my body... I need to stop eating when Im full!!  thats my main problem.

I know splenda makes a new flavored sugar.. they have french vanilla ... I havent tried it but it might be worth a try.  you could add a little skim milk too.  also they do have sugar free flavored syrups.  you really only need a tiny amount of those to get the flavor.

I think Its personal prefrence.  If I eat (even a little) before I work out I feel like im gonna puke during the hardest parts of my workout.  I dunno its weird.

I forgot to weight in last week.. sorry just totally spaced it.  Today I was at 150 but yesterday and the day before I was at 148 & 149.  I hate water weight ...

..soo Im back at 152 ... where I began for this competetion.  And seriously Im kinda over it. 

Thanks for all the comments back but I havent lost much inches (only 1 on my stomach, but gained one on my thighs) 

I feel like Ive made good choices to change my eating habits and to exercise more, ( I also quit smoking)..  but I feel like its kinda made me obsessed.  Like all I think about is food and how many calories it has.  Im gonna stick with this challenge until the end, but I think my frame of mind needs to change.  Im never gonna be stick thin, and so what If Ive gained a few pounds since I got married!!  I need to be happy with the way my body is now and just continue to eat healthy and exercise.  If I loose more weight great, if not thats ok too because Im loved no matter what I look like :)

thats a rough one!!! ... mmm .. I love pasteries.  Heres my advice when you want to eat one look up its calorie content!!  That might discourage you.  I used to get the starbucks 12 grain bran muffin thinking it was the "healthier" chioce.. until I looked it up.  Its got 370 cals!!!

I think I might try it for a few weeks... so I wonder if you get to your goal if you can stop the day on and day off and just eat your maintenance cals??

Ok team I need help... Im feeling really down because my weight is not going down!!  Im back up again to 152 ... I dont understand why it wont budge.  Ive been at this since Dec 1st and only lost a few pounds.  Im just so frustereated.  I work out 3 days a week and eat 1500 cals a day.... am I just not trying enought.. Im just feeling discouraged....

I know two wrongs dont make a right... but I have come to realize that some people are complete jerks and its important to stand up for yourself (something I am always working on :)) 

My advice ... tell him to F... off!!

Today weighed in at 149.6 .... only 0.6 lbs down :(  but... Im under 150!!!

I have slipped up on my eating today and yesterday... I dont know what it is... I do good all day and then at dinner I over do it. 

School started today so I think getting back into a rountine is going to help ... I hope ... I have 4.6 lbs to loose by 2/14 for my next mini-gaol.. I need to bust my butt this week:)

Oh trust me I did not feel guilty one bit!!  But I too was wondering about the whole eat more and lost more thing. . . but Its a scary thing to just start eating more when you are trying so hard to loose.  But I did also work my butt of on Sat in Step class ... I dunno .. I think this just showed me that its ok to eat what you want once in a while... and still be able to meet your goals in the end... Now onto my goal of 145 by Valentines:)

I guess I just need more to hold me over until lunch.

I would say its from the history of drugs and eating disorder.  My advice is to see a doc and be honest about your past problems.  Just so they can know where to start from.

just FYI..

I do know that you should be careful of products that say "mulitgrain" , "good source of whole grain" etc.  Becuse it could be such a tiny amount

I posted a question about this a while back.  Because I heard on Oprah on time that just because it says "whole wheat" it does not mean its "whole grain"...

No one seemed to have heard that before, but I was wondering the same thing myself...

I started at 155.  Now am 151 and my first goal is 145 by valentines day and my final goal is 135 by graduation on May 19th.

So I did loose this week!!!  1.8lbs.  Now lets hope it keeps going down.  I have been jumping betwween 150-153 for a few weeks.
