| I ended the year with chocolates and champagne. I threw out the remaining chocolates, which were awesome by the way. Drank the rest of the champagne with orange juice the next morning (2 glasses) and followed it with carrot juice.
Ready to start the new year challenges. I could use the support. Anyone else? |

| Can I join to. I don't have much to go but being part of this would be very motivating. I love watching the show "The Biggest Loser". Tonight is the finale and I can't wait to see it. It's very motivating to me.
Let me know what I need to do. Starting next week, 12/13 would be fine with me. |

| Can't relate to that amount of weight loss needed but hey, you are on the right track. Especially with quitting smoking. I know this sound stupid, but if the "Biggest Loser" is on TV in your area, I suggest watching it. It's a real motivator for me and it keeps things in perspective as far as my own goals and health. Keep it up and your on the right track.
The other thing I do is to try and continually get educated about health and exercise. Replace the thought of being on a diet with "I'm making a life style change in regards to my eating". If the focus can change from what we "can't have" to what we "can have", you will find the journey more enjoyable. Just my thoughts... Good luck |
