| I am a failure! I hate myself; I keep trying and keep failing! I can?t get better I try but I can?t! The world just keeps falling on top of me! I try being happy, but my mind is plagued with bad thought and so much hatred! I see myself as a disgusting being!
I?m sorry to my friends - I have put you all through so much sh*t!!!! My ED has f*cked up my life and because I let it ruin me I took you all down to! I just became so frustrated with myself and so I turned that into anger against you! I?m so sorry I am so f*cked up! I?m sorry. I can?t get it to go away! I?ve reached out for help so many times! I?m crying inside cause I know im hurting myself but I have lost control! I?m so sorry! I don?t know what happened. I suck and I hate myself. I can?t hold my head up! I just want to take a knife and peel my own skin off! I?m so sorry to CC.com members! I gave you all so much advice but I cant I can?t even follow it myself! I?m such a hypocrite! I?m sorry for being a disappointment! At night I think about how I used to be a little girl running around having fun and playing with my toys! I used to love how my mom and dad looked after me and I loved playing with my friends and my lil brother. I cry at night ? I really want to go back to that! Today is my hate day! I?m hopeless and ive given up! I can?t do this anymore ????. |

| A calorie is calorie! I can eat a chocolate a day and still loose weight!
Im a strong believer though that 50calories in meat has a completely different effect on your body and weight than what 50 calories of fruit will do!! |

| i found a very cheap protein shake!
4 tbl spoons powdered semi skimmed milk, i tsp choclate milkshake powder mixed in a glass of semi skimmed milk! look it up, the powdered milk has like over 20-30g protein of protein!!!! |

| Well im on Day 4 binge free. Im only eating veggies and fruit at the moment. So I don?t think I get more than 600 cal a day. Before this I was eating over 3000 cal a day. I restricted myself so much that I became to scared to eat meat and eggs. The last time I ate protein was last Friday! I had tofu at a tai restaurant and had cashews for a snack | |||

i have BED so my diet isnt that good! i dont eat cheese, meat, chicken, fish, eggs, beans ... i do eat yoghurt and eat about 200g cashew nuts every two days! (its my binge food) thats why i wanted a lil info on protein! im busy trying to rebuild a healthy eating lifestyle! |

| hi there im BED/Bulimic
at the moment im trying to recover. Ive been doing this for a year now but only realized I had a problem in January and broke down into depression. Recovery is by far the hardest thing to do EVER! You need to convince yourself that its in your mind and you don?t want to die knowing that you spent your whole life thinking about food! I have been struggling for months to recover! Today is day 4 for me ? binge free. (but this isnt my first attempt) Things I did to help me to get on the path of recovery :
I use to wake up everyday thinking just about FOOD FOOD FOOD! I didn?t think about anything else ? it was my life! I still have my restrictions and think about food but not as much as I used to! I have learnt how to keep my mind busy and away from that |

| Hi everyone!
Ok I failed! On my day 3 I binged! I was tempted to have a chocolate and thought I would stop at one but I didn?t! I then felt disgusted and binged the whole day. And then I purged after eating a whole cake and drinking a bottle of wine because I was so ashamed! I spent Saturday drowning my sorrows with tequila and ate sweets! I went out on Saturday note and had a great time! Sunday I ate ok, I didn?t binge though! So today im back at day 3! Tomorrow will be day four! Although I didn?t succeed last week, I am determined not to give up! |

| ok and why do you cook every thing in oil? try grilling! its amazing how much fat is already in food and it gets drained out when grilling food!
also try use non stick pans! its helps with veggies because then you can fry the veggies in their own juice! |

| DAY 3!!!!!!!! omg im doing it! BINGE FREE!
yesterday was good! i ate healthy all day! but then when i got home last night my BF had planned this whole romantic dinner! flowers, candles EVERYHTING! but when he showed me the dinner i was like hmmm .... he had a large bowl of mixed fruit - grapes/melon/mango/strawberries and blackberries, and a tray of sliced cheese, low fat spread garlic and chive cheese, salami and crackers! he still mafe a joke that he bought me low fat cheddar cheese - the one i like from tescos! desert was three scoops ice cream! i duno the calories consumed, but knowing that i didnt binge - purge yesterday is the greatest feeling in the world! |

| im off soon! today was ok ... I dont know really! i had heathy food today and snacks! ... but then i felt my binge fireing up! and instead of having half a pack of strawberries i had the full one! and a cup of coffee! eating that whole pack felt like a binge and i only drink coffee when i binge! but its not that bad! at least it wasnt what iusually binge on - chocolate and peanuts! so i am safe, i musnt panic. | |||
