| The National Challenge website is not very user friendly. I keep getting booted off and it takes forever to do anything.
Does anyone know where they get the numbers for weight status in the groups section? Mine said something outrageous like -136. Is that supposed to be how much weight I've lost? |

| ctrs - I didn't sign up for my trainer workout yet either. I like the idea of doing it as a small group that way I won't look like such a wimp but I can still get a personalized work out. The discount plans sound interesting but I don't think I'm going to sign up cause it's still about $500 and I'm a broke college student, but we'll see what happens. You should sign up for our calorie-counter group on the challenge website. Just search for National Health Challenge in the forum topics here and there is a whole thread on it. Have a great workout!

| ctrs - I'm doing the Discovery Challenge too! I'm really liking it so far, but yes it is pretty crowded. I think the time of day that I have available to go may have something to do with it though. I usually go around 7pm so people are there from work but it dies down after about an hour. Did you get your Personal Trainer session yet? Even though it's only been a few days this is a great way to really help me to be responsible and committed to my goal! Have a great workout!

| mcrouch - I just got your friend invite! It's so encouraging when you know your not the only one struggling, isn't it? I just keep reminding myself that when summer rolls around I can show off my new bod in a cute swim suit or a nice tank top that is actually flattering and doesn't make my curves look like I'm a big potato sack.
I'm stuck at 141-143 and I can't get rid of it! The first few weeks the weight just dropped like crazy and now.... I'm getting frustrated! So, my sister and I joined the Discovery Health Challenge and got a free 8-week membership to Bally's. I'm determined to up the ante to get to my goal! jenniferdiane - Great motivation tips!! I need to add that to my list of motivators to get me to the gym and not eat that last cookie... better sex life, can't beat that as a reward. |

| I'm 142 and working my way to 125/120. I'm 5'4" and I am a full time college student and I work part time so it's hard to fit in a workout, but that is my resolution. I would love to reach my goal by the end of the semester in May and I know I can do it with a little support. | |||

| Hi I'm a full time college student too! I'm trying to loose about 30 lbs. by the end of the semester. I work part time and I find it so hard to get to the gym because I'm so busy. I would love some encouragement and motivation to focus on my long term goals! | |||

| Do you workout at a gym? If so try asking a trainer. They are great resources when your having problems and can offer you some tips too.
I have really bad asthma and that kind of sounds like it could be sports induced asthma like mejohnst said. Maybe ease off a little until you can figure it out. Just a thought. |
