| Drinking! I'm going to try that today, it sounds like that might be a big part of my problem, any tips on getting Mr.chicken to follow suit? I think being around a working guy who NEEDS to eat isn't very helpful either. It's so much easier to overeat with a man around. Not to mention the old "I love you just the way you are", which I am sure is true for him, but not for me!! 90 pounds! in 12 months! I need some control. | |||

K I am new to this still. So I want to lose 140 pounds (Current weight:280). My problem is that once I am unstimulated all I want to do is eat!! I can have a 'good' day, but once I've got nothing to do, I'm a ravenous beast!! How do I stop these cravings? It seems like I always have to be eating or drinking something. Has anybody out there been through this before? |

| Thanks for the info. I really didn't realize how important it is to eat ENOUGH of the right things, I guess that alone will help avoid those 40 or 60 pounds That seem to creep onto all my friends as 1st time mums. | |||
