I love PB2. It's very creamy and I think it has a very peanutty taste. And I like the fact that I can make as much or a little as I want. I just don't like the fact that you can only get it online and have to order 4 jars at a time, or have they changed that? |

What an interesting forum. It would be nice if there were more people on in the the 1200 calorie range. Seems like a lot of you are 1800+. Chrissy, I have actually read through this entire thread and it cracks me up how often you eat cabbage for breakfast I'm starting over tomorrow so here is my plan for then: Breakfast - egg substute w/ mushrooms & swiss, coffee & fr vanilla creamer 201 Lunch - lettuce, roma tomato, chicken breast w/lemon pepper marinade, italian dressing (spritzer) 439 Dinner - bean w/bacon soup 440 Snacks - mandarin oranges, baby carrots w/Neufchatel cheese 175 Total 1215 |

Might as well get it over with, it's noo going to go down that much by tomorrow START June 25-27: 152 2 days ago I was at 155.6!!! It's my own fault and I will suck it up and do better next week. Kudos to all who lost and maintained! |

A. so funny you should choose this personal challenge this week. I just last night visited the 12 week excersize plan and logged all my measurements: bust 41.5 wast 39.5 bicep 10.5 hips 42 thighs 20 calves 13.5 waist to hip ratio 0.94 abdominal girth 41.75 BMI 27 weight 152and what an eye opener that was!! B. the 3 best things about me: my ability to let things go. Tomorrow is a new day, the past is over and you can't change it. I have gorgeous lips-unnaturally lol. I fell on my face as a kid and bit my lower lip off. It never went down to it's original size and I get complimented on my lips all the time (too bad the rest of the face doesn't match) Who needs collagen treatments?? My garden. I got married in my back yard last year and put 4 solid months into making it a showplace C. choosing my avatar as soon as I post this. Have a great week ladies (and gents) |

boy I'm glad we got advance notice on this, I have not done well all this week!! Lily, a suggestion for one of our mini challenges - plan your meals in advance and stick to it!!! I went grocery shopping today and I planned my entire week (keep your fingers crossed) and hope to stick to it. Everything is prepared and logged and I think this will make it a lot easier than doing it every day.

if you go to the analysis tab, you can hover your mouse over the date and it gives more detail

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
