the most i have lost is 12kg in about 2-3 month days... but it was different because it was 12kg i had gained in a little over 4 month... so it was probably my body readjusting itself or something. but that remains my personal record so far dropped down from 107 to 95 from 22 dec 2007 to feb-march 2008 |

| alright thanks actually my intake of diet soda increased, and i wouldnt call it stress, im really enjoying being at university FINALLY ive been waiting for it for the past 6motnhs... is it maybe that i feel a lot better inside?? anyways yeah im walking way more, it must be that. |

| I totally agree with therria and if it makes you feel any better, since july 07 I gained 15kg (30pounds) stupidly. At first i wanted to cry as well but then I just started to control myself again, I have already lost 5 pounds since Xmas and I'm trying to continue. Never give up, never ;) |
