| I have been on that kick since the new year. I met my goal in Sept 07' and sorta kinda went off the deep end. Partying an such. I have maintained but havent lost a pound in 4 months.
I havent had a drink since Jan 1st. We'll see what happens. |

| Give yourself a break! No matter who breaks up with whom there still some backlash. I ended my last relatioship and for a very good reason too. I still had trouble sleeping at night.
Long distance is tough and it can get very trying (i am in that very spot right now. The person in my life is 3 hrs away) Although we see eachother everyother weekend at a middle place. It can wear on you. I have not made a committment because of the logic in getting involved with someone so far away. 2yrs. is a long time to just drop and feel ok to start anything new. I would wait it out so this guy doesnt turn out to be rebound. Indulge in your bad habits for now (in order to cope) but remember that the only one hurting yourself is you so think at some poit to taper them off. |

| I am currently alternating phentermine and phentermatrazine (Im in my last 25lbs. of a 114lbs. weight loss) I battled with the easier options (gastric bypass, meds etc)
However, my doctor made a deal with me. He said that due to my age I really had to learn and go back to basics in order to understand weight loss. That if I tried hard for a year and if nothing happened then he would recommend Bypass and other options. So I tried hard and lost 90lbs. Now with the meds, its definitely tricky. Side effects range from irritability, headaches, etc. They are short lived though. The energy boost is great. I take them with dr. sup and I do work just as hard as if I wasnt taking them (excersice and eating right) check caloric intake, perhaps your metabolism is used to your current regimen. Or increase activity levels...Mix it up! And if you do take them Do not use it as a permanent option, alternate everyother month. |

| Well its all in the forum and exposure. Ms MySpace? Why would you want to belong to a bunch of people that equate having friendships or nurturing relationships w/o personal contact based on leaving comments, rating firends (top 8)? and blogging.
Please dont buy into all that to base your measure to a bunch of skinny girls. Those people arent real as is the title you are seeking to win so desperately! Seeking to be a model (Now thats a real goal!) put your all into it and best of luck! If that is what you really want and not seeking approval! |

| Hes has gone out on a limb for you. Eeven though I think 2 months is way too soon for the L word. But, he felt it and was genuine and honest enough to say it out loud.
The slow down request is a natural way of saving face at the fact that you didnt say it back. hes probably just embarrased. This happened to me just last month. He doesnt want to lose you but things are going to be weird for a while. A line was crossed and no hes doing all he can to back pedal and will come around when he feels comfortable again. |

| I think that in a marriage when you say "let yourself go" Weight gain is a side effect.
I think its more than that. Just think of all the drama you went through to get ready and always looking your best at the beginning. Also, the cocky, self-confident attitude, the fun side of your personality that he/she fell in love with. "letting yourself go" is allowing the evryday routine dim you. Thats at least my opinion as to why spouses lose interest |

| Personally, I find that its funny that some guys that have a small unit dont seem to know they have a small unit. Some of my female friends have complained the wide spectrum of size (too big, too small, too long, not long enough) girth among other things. But the biggest ones they all seem to hold in greater regard is: Endurance, technique, speed (cadence) and variety.
A guy can have the biggest one, but if he cant work it then whats the point. I will own up to being perfectly happy with mine, it has served me well and has entertained my guests...LOL |
