| My uncle is a personal trainer, and when I lost a great deal of weight recently, I lost 2 notches on my carebear watch! When asked him why, he told me that a body always loses its fat on the limbs first because all the other fat on your torso and butt (not specifically you, that came out wrong lol) keeps /us/ warm. | |||

I know exactly what you mean about not being able to get through a workout because of feeling like you've failed your diet. I also binge on fruit a lot, too:( I get hungry and tell myself that fruit is the only okay thing to eat--but then I realize I've eaten over 500 calories in fruit anyways and might as well have had something with a little fat and protein to fill me up. |

Actually, you're allowed to bring whatever you want into the theatre. Unless there's a sign somewhere saying you cant, or if you're making a big fat mess. Anyways, don't feel bad. That's what dieting is all about. You tricked your metabolism a little bit. Now your body is going to burn more calories today than it would have if you hadn't had that candy and popcorn. Just remember, it could have been a lot worse--and you'd still be losing weight. |

| my ex has never eaten meat, because his parents are both vegetarians... and I think everyone in his family could've cared less. It seems to me that vegetarians are loving people. If they choose not to eat meat because they think it's morally wrong, then it's also morally wrong to hate people who do.
That's just my opinion on it, although I can understand not wanting to /date/ a meat-eater or dairy-eater if I were vegetarian/vegan because it could be awkward/difficult. It wasn't with my ex, but I can see where it might be. |

| I love egg whites. They give you fat and protein to keep you full, but they only have about 20 calories each. The yolk is only 50, and it may help you stay fuller.
A veggie omelette is a great breakfast. 3 egg whites, one yolk, 1/4 cup mushrooms, 1/4 cup spinach. about 150 calories. Fiber's good, too. High fiber cereal with low-fat yogurt and some berries? Hope soemthing works out for you. |

| I do the same thing unless I eat a good dinner. If you're not hungry during the day, have dinner later and make something filling. Also, try to eat at least two light snacks, 1 between breakfast and lunch and 1 before dinner. worth a try. | |||

| If you're toning your muscles, start using the way your clothes fit instead of the scale to track your progress. It's true that muscle weighs more than fat. Most celebrites weigh a lot more than you would expect because of their toned-ness. | |||

| three pounds a week doesn't sound unhealthy, then again I'm no doctor. However, I've never heard of the vomitting after large meals. If your body's reacting like that... maybe you're over-counting your calories? just something to consider. I could be totally wrong. | |||
