| Hi everyone. I'm a newbie myself. I'm having a hard time losing weight. And it's stressing me out and depressing me at the same time. I'm 28 years old and I weigh 155 and want to be 135 by summer. I have been trying to lose weight since the birth of my daughter in July 2005 and have been unsuccessful.
I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Any one who is interested in being friends and motivating each other would be great. I would love to hear advice that any one has to offer. Good luck to everyone on their weight loss and congrats to those who have already achieved their's. |
