well I have a 2 year old and my eating habits aren't too bad (we do have pizza maybe twice a month). I'm a single mom so at least I don't have a husband to drag me down the wrong path of nutriention anymore. lol I actually think after I had my daughter I started eating healthier, mostly for her :)

I love Roasted chicken on Italian Herb & Cheese bread, with pickles, lots of tomatos, lettuce, green pepper and BBQ & Southwest sauce. lol not the healthiest choice but still my fav. :)

I know how you feel Michelle. I had my daughter 2 years ago and I gained 40lbs and still have to lose some of my "baby weight" I currently weigh 200lbs and hope to get down to 110lbs by the end of the year (I'm short)

First off I want to say welcome skylarkredd69! That's awesome that you are so dedicated to going to the gym :) I'm just starting to get that way (even though some days I feel like I have to drag myself there..)
I personally can't relate to you in terms of weight (even though I'm a big girl. 200lbs at 5'2''). I used to date a guy that is 350lbs long ago. I know his weight bothered him even though he pretended like he didn't care :(

I think it's great that you want to change your life. Keep up the good work!

 much effort to log in and count every cal I eat. But after doing it for the past few days I find this site VERY helpful! I always eat healthier and workout more if I feel accountable to someone else. By seeing my progress on here I feel good about myself!

I find eating a little every few hours works for me rather thsn 3 meals a day. Just eat healthy low cal foods and you will find that you can eat more and take in less cals than you would eating 3 meals a day (at least it works that way for me)

lol I'm the same way Peaches! Especially if I ate a food that's not listed in the list of foods. I'm too lazy to add a new item :(

Hey newveggie, I'm a DDD too and know what you must have been going through. I'm 24 years old and in serios need of a reduction (I've been on a waiting list for 4 years because I need to lose 60lbs for my health plan to cover the cost of the surgury). I pray to God I will lose some weight in my breasts when I lose some weight. I've always been large chested but they got way too huge after I had my daughter 2 years ago (went from a D to a DDD)

ladies I would love to have a small chest! I wear a size DDD bra and am in desperate need of a reduction (I'm on a waiting list but I need to lose 50lbs for my health plan to cover me). I'm serious when I say if I had a size A bra I would be happy. My "juggs" (they don't even feel feminite to me :( are huge and are causing me back problems. Plus I can never wear anything nice (haven't worn a blosse since I was 10).

But if you really want the surgury, go for it!  :)

I'm a newbie here too! Hello everyone :)

I'm a 23 year old single mom of one. I currently weigh 200lbs (on a short 5'2'' frame :(  I plan to lose 100lbs by September 1st (wish me luck!!!!) I'm a stress eating and binge often at night. I'm also a gym member. I work out 4 times a week for 1.5 hours but because of my obbession with food (especially at night) I have trouble loosing weight. But that's gonna change!
I need support bad! I look forward to getting to know you all :)

I can so relate to a lot of you here! I'm 5'2'' and currently 200lbs. Unfortantly my weight is distrubuted all over my body (I have huge breasts which help make my waist look a little smaller than what it really is). I hate being so damn short! I know ppl that are taller than me, weigh a lot more and still look smaller :( Us poor short gals/guys have it rough!

Hi Everyone :)

I'm new to this site. I've struggled with weight my whole life and have developed a binging problem over the last 2 years. I love to pork out on junk at night. I thinks it's a combo of stress (I'm a single mom and going through a hard time right now) and boredom (once kiddo is in bed my computer becomes my enertainment for the evenings). I HATE being like this! I seriously don't usually get that fullness feeling, I just stop when the junk is gone :( I currently weigh 200lbs (at 5'2''). I'm honestly disgusted with myself!

I'm glad I found this site. I don't have any family or friends around me who understand my struggle (I come from a family who thinks God made you fat, you should just accept it and it's easier to be fat, then to workout and miss out on certain foods). I seriously need support! I belong to this other weight loss support group but I find they are always critizing each other rather than motivating :( Hope things are diffrent here....
