| sounds kinda' risky to me... I think there are many healthier ways to lose weight than by replacing nutritious meals with a bowl of (sweetened) cereal twice a day. Although I'm sure you'd lose weight, because it's such a small amount of food. but keep in mind that losing weight in an unhealthy way won't be worth it. I'd look into this further before trying it if I were you. | |||
