| The only thing that bothers me is that some of the girls with an ED encourage the other ones, saying "oh it's fine to eat __ amount of calories" no one should encourage dangerous behavior. | |||

| The fat and protein is excellent! BUT, you need at least 400+ calories to stay out of starvation mode, plus you need more fiber! 21 grams + try fruits and veggies! | |||

| Aww, I hope you guys can get through this.
It's been really impacted me, I've been binging everyday and I'm pretty much depressed. I can't do my school work, I can't work out or anything. I'm afraid I'll chicken out when I talk to my doctor, I'm not really an open person. It took a lot of courage for me to tell my mom and she pretty much shut me down. |

| My mom called the doctor, and she was going to refer me to a therapist but never did. But I did some research and you need more then a therapist to recover from an eating disorder. | |||

| Fat free cool whip with frozen strawberries. Splenda & cinnamon with microwaved apples. Sugar-free vanilla pudding (my fave!) etc. |

| I totally feel you. Here is what I'm doing to get my started (tomarrow btw!) Make 2 different lists of why you want to eat healthy and exercise, the pros of living a healthy lifestyle. I also try to scare myself into eating healthier, lol. You'll get fat, and have a heart attack! Good luck and tomarrow is a new day, Monday is a great day to start! |

| I got really skinny at one point, I thought my body was ugly. Now I actually am learning to love my bigger thighs and bum :D
But I don't understand why someone would want to be skinny? I mean thin and trim, yes, but not skinny. |

We are no longer searching the woods for food, food is everywhere. There is NO need to starve ourselves of the food that our bodies need. I'm starting to think a lot on this site has an eating disorder :/ |

| I've read before lowering your calorie intake can expand life line BUT 1,000 calories is too little. There really is no point in starving the body, nourish yourself and treat your body correctly. When I was suffering from my eating disorder, I was eating <600 calories a day and I lost my personality, and now that I'm better I'm a fun girl again. Just saying, don't lower your calorie intake it DOES affect you. |

| I am pretty "thin" but I can definately tone up and drop a few pounds. I generally just want to be healthy but I end up binging EVERY night. I'm gaining a lot of weight at this time. I'm 16, I'm always under stress. :P But yes, family is batshit crazy and such. I just want things to get easier. I just want to stop overeating. |
