I AM SORRY!!! Family thing came up.. headaces.. hoepfulyl next time, I am going out to Comox Valley for fight training.. so maybe that time.. It's in June I believe.

dejavux to be honest, you're 13, enjoy it will you have it, trust US older people, being young is about running, playing, enoy the freedom you have (no taxes), the more you run around and enjoy your life, the more happier you will be, the healthier you will be, be active, go shopping at the mall for 3 hours, go swimming, eat fruits, eat fun cereal for breakfast (no sugar), have chicken fingers and a salad for dinner with your friends.. 

BE YOUNG!!!! just eat healthy and enjoy your LIFE!!!!

because when you start working, LIFE's OVER!! LOL..

If you feel sleepy after 7 hours of sleep, you have to make sure you are eating a balanced 1300 calories. Best thing to do is get a blood check up done, could be blood sugar levels, Iron? Take vitamins, eat some type of fruit.

What type of food do you eat to get 1300 caloires?

Dog scale? that is the funniest thing I have heard dejavux! 4 lbs could have been the water you drank, the clothes you are wearing.. Best to weigh yourself in the morning, BUT the BEST BEST BEST thing for you is.................................

Be a 13 year old, run, play, hit the mall!! Have sleep overs!! the more you pay, the more fat you burn!

Just be active, everything else will fall into place.

You have to remember that a scale is sitting on top of a square metal shape that is connected to the platform with pressure springs, now if you stand off to one side it will read differently, they are not accurate, if you step on too fast, the niddle can be off by 2 - 3 pounds. Get a digital scale that measures FAT% and WATER% those will tell you the truth!

I feel the same.. people that knew me before the weight loss now act weird around me, dunno.. plus the fact that since we feel good about ourselves we are giving off better energy!!

I HAD, key word here is HAD  MOOBS too.. I started doing cardio (walk/run) and main thing is also lift weights but do FULL body training... Chest, Back, LEGS (key).. working out your legs increases your fat burning rate so much you'll see a huge difference plus you get more energy...  go check out
