No, BOYS are nasty and let the one eye monster do the thinking. MEN are wonderful, caring, funny, and intelligent individuals. Judging soley from the above post, you may have not found one yet.

How's your sense of humour doing?

Hey,

How long do you have to cook it for? I only use rolled oats (never instant), and i find that just pouring boiling water over them still works, even though they're not instant. Could you pour hot water over this as well, for the same result? Or is it more like steel cut oats (which you have to cook for 25 mins, and plain boiling water wouldn't soften them enough)?

Same for men... they actually DO have feelings / emotions... they arent just mindless sex robots.

Umm... no. Most women are dumb and naive, and men are all nasty villians who like to take advantage of our gullibility

I know you said "most" and that was exactly how I quoted you... and I'm saying, that a woman who can't tell distinguish between love and sex is going to have a lot of trouble in her life. A generalization would've been something like "women are likely to get emotionally attached more quickly than men". It's not a generalization if it's based on something one person thought of for the first time on Nov 8 2008

most guys can seperate sex from love, where most women can not. I agree w/ the above posts.

Most women? Where did you get that? Don't you think that's a little boldly put? You're a woman; whenever you're sleeping with someone, do you always think "oh, I'm in love with this person"? And even if yes, most women is an overstatement.

Sorry I'm not much help, but I had to point out something I thought was ridiculous

If you're using those tiny bottles, you shouldn't have to refrigerate. I just drink them like that (because I'm strange), and sometimes if I don't finish it, I leave the bottle out on the table unrefrigerated, and it's still fine a couple days later. I don't know how long you plan ojn leaving it out for though... the longest I've left mine out was for about three days.

Thanks very much for all the replies.

Cellophane, I couldn’t find Lucrene anywhere, not even in the health food store =/.
Satyrs, I’ll take the aftertaste! But seriously, I don’t mind it – I actually prefer the taste of poisonous pop.

Kajikat, Juleroo & Phanmo, the thing is, I’ve gone about a month without adding sugar to anything – only Aspartame-sweetened pop, and fruit every once in a while. And Jewelsmcblah, I’m pretty sure Danona Naturalia has sugar…I bet no one expected me to be this picky lol. Victoriagirl, I hate honey, but I suppose adding strawberries or something would be an (apparently my only) option.

Sarah, the only Light yogurt we get here by Yoplait is “Yoplait Source”, and that definitely has Splenda  =(

And about all the government control and scientific evidence, I’m sure science has yet to prove that dozens of other things we eat every day cause cancer in rats. Who knows, maybe I’ll die from apples.  But thanks anyway for all the helpful and not-so-helpful replies  =)

Satyrswoman, because sucralose leaves me unable to walk without limping for about two weeks, and keeps me up at night grabbing the back of my neck. I worry more about the short term effects. As long as I don't get sick tomorrow, I don't care what I die from in however many years. Others might see it a different way, but there are many "artificial sweeteners: good or bad?" debate topics for that.

Oneis2many, I've never actually been in a health food store before (aside from the health section in my grocery store). I think I'll try it if there's nothing closer. And I've never seen aspartame in liquid or flavored form... I have some Stevia... it's better than nothing, but if I find it tastes bitter in oatmeal, I'm sure it'll do the same in yogurt :/

Udokier, aspartame does not make you fat. That wasn't my question, and I am certainly not looking to start a debate or get advice from anyone. My question  was simply "what brand in Canada still sweetens their yogurt with aspartame?"

Thanks for all the suggestions!

Lolla, I guess if all else fails, I can always turn to salad dressing

Tankerraid, yeah, that's the only problem - otherwise tomatoes are one of my favorite foods. I've never actually made pasta sauce from scratch because I'm just too lazy. I've tried using diced tomatoes before, but I found they were too runny, and I would end up with pasta in a puddle of tomato water.

Clairelaine, I'm going to try it your way, and actually cook, and then drain it...  it sounds like it may be worth the trouble at this point.

Buggyhair, that sounds good, and no additional cooking required, which is a plus for me.

Lippygal, and Frustrated, I should have mentioned that other than cheese and oil, I'm also not a big fan of garlic and onions. In a prepared sauce, they are okay, but I just don't like dealing with them myself because the smell bothers me, and it takes forever for the air to freshen... just not worth it.

Thanks... I don't have much to lose, so I think I'll go for it.

Pg, I don't usually buy dry clean clothing either... I mean, microwaving a piece of fish is a hassle enough for me. And the things I do buy, I only have to dry clean about once a year since it's mostly outerwear...

This particular jacket doesn't look like it's the best quality, but I only bought it because it was on sale, so if something happens I won't be too upset. If it were a quality item, i wouldn`t even question it, and take it straight to the dry cleaners`.

The material is poly and wool... not silk or anything, so I`m okay in that sense... but the lining looks really delicate, and the filling is something wierd (some sort of coarse cottonball-like material that feels like it can form chunks... tag says poly, but I don`t think all polyester is made the same)

And I'll try Woolite.... but should i zip it the right way (as opposed to turning it inside out)... since the lining looks like it's the most delicate part of the jacket?

Anyways, now I know I at least have some chance of succeeding, and if I mess up, it won`t be such a terrible loss. Thanks for all the input!

`one time my ex-boyfriend left his sweater at my house and i thought i'd wash it for him and i didn't look on the tag to see the washing instructions and washed and dried it and it came out like 2 times smaller than it was :|`

at least you didn't have to think too long about what to get him for his birthday...
