I just bought my children the Wii.  I was interested in getting the fit, but they didn't have any in stock.  I had a few questions so I'm glad I read the post.  Is it a program, what does it include and the cost??  I love any additional info you could give me.

Thanks so much for all the info.  It seems like enough to get me started. 

I joined CC in Dec and lost about 17 pounds.  I fell off the wagon in April and have found 10 of those lost pounds.  I am hoping SB will jump start my diet and get me motivated!!

Welcome to Calorie Count!

I am also hypothyroid and take perscription meds.  I currently take synthroid.  I used to take generic and don't recommend it.  What are you taking?

I don't know of any foods or natural supplements.  So if you find any please let me know.

We can get there, we just have to work a little harder!  :)

Surprised and off track, she ran to me, confused and thirsting for a sugar free chocolate. I told her that many people mistake me for dark beer. Almost falling on the grocery store floor, she regained composure by exclaiming, "I won't ever believe dieticians when they say yeast allergy matters!" Then she cried, "Who has stolen an artificial elephant flavored jerky?!" and flung it madly at the elderly man. He jeered while reaching for all-natural jam. But then, the strangest sound reminded him to turn around and jump off track. Quickly, Mother! When does my diet start working? Not only did lions appear magical but slightly whimsical! They sniffed the grass singing corny showtunes until a PSYCHOLOGIST awoke the hypnotized starving couple. "OH MY RED SHORTS are GELATINOUS!" This ludicrous notion that one can be ravenous and out of spaghetti never crossed their minds.

Congrats on your weight loss Redrock.  I just starting doing HIIT and love the way I feel afterward.

My mil and sil act the same way with me.  I think that they want me to stay fat...It makes them feel better about themselves. 

Just know the best revenge will be when you have reached your next goal!  Congrats on your weight loss!

I love the South Beach Protien Bars too.  I have one for breakfast or if I have a sweet tooth it usually does the trick.

Thanks for all the advice.  I know it's an investment in my health...I just needed some confirmation. He does push me to do more than  I would have done on my own.

Thanks for all the input and support. Congrats on the weight loss!

For those of you who switched from synthroid to a T3 and T4 med, did you notice any differences?  I've just recently heard about Armor and haven't had the chance to do much research.  So any info would be greatly appreciated.

I quit smoking too.  It's hard!  I began running so I am hoping quitting will help me increase my distance and speed.  It is difficult to cope with the food and nicotine cravings!

I am starting off with 8 eight oz glasses of water per day.  I only have about 2 eight oz glassess per day now, so I think 64 oz will be a great starting point for me.   Good Luck everyone :)
