| Way to go to all that have lost or created a plan for loosing. I weighed in at 198.8 2 days ago! Problem is I am afraid to get back on the scale again. I want to enjoy the moment. I am thinking of skipping the scale this week. Working out with children is difficult, mine would always get in the way just when I breaking a sweat. The best thing would be to include them. They will certainly keep you active. Many gyms have sitting available (if that is an option for you). ikfouch, I am there with you about the "pouch". I am hoping with weight loss I can skip the surgery and use the money on clothes. I don't see how it will be possible from the looks of things. I am still young from what I am told so there is hope. | |||

| Hey! If I log on to this site everyday, I will get my daily dose of motivation. I have narrowed down my eat out options. "If" I decide to eat out I have narrowed my options to Subway, Sweet Tomatoes and Thai. That is being realistic. I won't let these fast food places take my money or my life. It's Friday! congrats to all that met their goals this week and have a healthy weekend! Hope to hear "less" of all of you next week :) | |||

| Hello, As of yesterday I weighed in at 200.2. When I started on 12/27 I was 205. I still have 65 to go although I think 55 would be fine. I have been sick the past few days and think it contributes to my weight loss. Regarding fast food, I've thought about what fatdoc says about living in a "toxic world". With that one my mind as I drive down around, it helps control the urge to buy something. The truth is, these foods are not a treat, they are killing us and out families. I heard that the best fat burn is walking 45min-1hr at a reasonable pace. | |||

| fatdoc, congratulations and enjoy your vacation. Thanks for your advice on frozen veggies. I will give them a try again, I have found in the past that they either taste funny or were rubbery. I guess it depends on the brand. Do you have any favorites? This site is amazing, I have come to realize i am not meeting my calorie goal on most days. I eat one large meal because I am hungry from skipping breakfast. After the large meal, I am too full for dinner. I have lost 3 pounds this week due to meeting my calorie goal and spreading my meals throughout the day. | |||

| Regarding fast foods, our surrounding is fit for a overweight person. Anyone who has a busy lifestlye like me finds it so easy to pick up a meal on the road. There is so much to choose from it is almost a "set up". When I get motivated and head to the market to shop , I walk around in circles in the supermarket because 90% is packaged, processed, full of sodium, has msg, giant chicken legs that are obviously overdosed on hormones I will ingest, when I get to the produce area it is severly overpriced. It is so unfair I feel like I am trapped on overweight island. | |||

| Thanks for the excersise video list, I'll look for them at the library. I've noticed over the past 2 years a bulge on my thigh. It is a soft lump, the shape of my legs have been changing to where I am hiding them. It is none other than fat. Has anyone experienced this? it is not really dimpled like cellulite. Does it go away with weight loss? | |||

| I am on the same page as sheanicole. Being curvy has always been my excuse because I "hide" my weight well in my curves. I am getting to the point where it is hard to hide and even harder to walk. My legs, knees and feet hurt often and there is no doubt in my mind it is due to weight. This group is motivating. | |||
